Perfection! The food is beautifully presented, and the flavours are so intense and well-balanced even with the simplest freshest local ingredients. I can not recommend specific dishes because it's omakase style, but you should trust the chef fully. The chef is very talented.

An interesting experience, you witnessed the whole process on how the chefs transform food from farm to table, you can also interact with them- very friendly, attentive and quite chatty. I like most dishes, my favourite is the fish course, so flavourful.
