Usually a wonderful place, although not being able to get coffee with your doughnut definitely took a star away.
I would call this the best doughnut chain in London . They have some really large variety of delicious donuts to choose from. I have tasted quite a few of them out of which I would list a few favorites .
The chocolate dream cake donut is the one for all the chocolate lovers , it's not just a plain chocolate donut but also a donut that has a creamy chocolate filling in the donut .
I also love the donut with peanut butter , for all the peanut butter fans , peanut butter and bread combination always goes well , and what better than a donut with peanut butter ?!
Other favorites also include the one with caramel and the hazelnut latte .
When shopping in westfield one should stop for a donut and a coffee at this place .

Super friendly server called Khatera! Helped us picked really yummy flavoured donuts as we were unsure which we’d like. If you visit look out for her she’s the sweetest :)
I had a wonderful visit to Krispy Kreme, and I must commend the excellent customer service I received from Khatera. She went above and beyond in assisting me and provided a fantastic selection of delicious donuts. The combination of her exceptional service and the scrumptious donuts made my visit truly delightful. Krispy Kreme is my go-to donut destination, and I highly recommend it to others.
There used to be some really miserable employees at Krispy Kreme, but Khatera was lovely! She helped me with the app and packed our order with love and care. Well done recruitment, you got yourself a diamond!

Before I became vegan I was almost a regular customer. Then I stopped because I was sure there was nothing there for me.
Today I was totally surprised. Two opinions were available and I was extremely happy to discover that one of them was my favourite. 🍩 I chose the chocolate filling ... so delicious .... I wish the vegan options of Krispy Kreme were also available at Tesco. ❤️
Wow, a few days ago I came to Westfield and was hungry then I saw Krispy creams when I went there the customer service was the full on best khatera was the best staff member, She was very kind and was very happy she was so nice I ordered my own dozen and it's was amazing 😍 The customer service time was very quick thanks to her (khatera) Many thanks I will definitely will be coming back

I order from here regularly. Other than being overpriced the donuts are still one of the best options here in the UK
can never go wrong with donuts from Krispy Kreme, they are absolutely delicious. only thing sweeter than the donuts is the woman working there, she's the one with the hijab and she gave me the best experience! will def come back.
They have a great selection of donuts that are clearly fresh tasting and delicious, despite the large variety. Coffee is also well made here, I got a Frappuccino, and it was extremely flavourful. The prices aren’t too bad for the Westfield location
Yummy doughnuts .. as per usual of Krispy Kreme’s .. but the service could be better. Doesn’t harm to be welcoming with a smile 😊
Seemed pricey and if your expecting to find Kreme filled, aka their best donut, I don't believe any UK store will have them. Also donuts seemed slightly off, compared to their US counterparts anyway. Still sugary goodness can be found here.

Comes with a health warning in terms of sugar and fat so not recommending for too frequent consumption - but reliably good as an occasional treat.
Inspired by the support the company gives by providing doghnuts (glazed only I think) to those raising funds for charity. Seen in action regularly among student and other local community groups. Prefer buying from staffed kiosks rather than supermarket stockists due to hygiene considerations of a cabinet that many hands have reached into!
