Fantastic experience, not only the food was incredible, the team has been amazing with all the introductions of ingredients and story behind. Would come back again for special occasions. Endo San is a funny chef and he engaged with customers a lot. Sous chefs are also very friendly.

A phenomenal meal and experience, couldn’t recommend more. Endo-san and his whole team have provided unrivalled attention to detail and care to each guest, ensuring everyone is well looked after throughout the night. Every dish is made with the best ingredients and completely faultless. Tempura, fatty tuna, wagyu, udon and scallops…. all absolutely delicious. Canele and tea to finish was the cherry on top. Would most definitely be returning each season when the menu changes.

The details here are incredible - from the way you are greeted (the bow as the elevator doors close) to the way the nigiris are prepared / the passion in the delivery of the food - I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it - probably in the top 3 restaurants I have been to - absolute class - and I will be going again.

Best sushi / Japanese food outside of Japan, and Endo is so engaging and fun. It’s a truly unique dining experience in a beautiful spot with only 11 seats where you can witness and appreciate the craft behind each dish. The whole team is friendly and professional, with immense attention to detail. Hard to book and pricey but worth it!!

You get what you pay for. Exceptional. Fresh ingredients, wonderfully prepared in front of guests. On a par with any of the top Japanese restaurants in London Endo himself seems attentive and passionate (can talk all day about tuna 😆) and has a quirky sense of humour. Must be on his way to another Michelin star.

It was our first Omakase experience and it was mind blowing. The food was just perfect, full of flavours and creativity. Fish are locally sourced and fresh, wasabi is from Italy and soy sauce is from Japan which have distinctive flavours and textures. Endo San and his team were friendly, attentive and fun, we learned a lot about traditional sushi techniques. The setting felt personal, ambient and authentic, it was great to see Endo and his team in action too, so much dedication and love.

This is hospitality at it finest. Endo-san and the entire team go above and beyond, making it a truly unique and memorable experience. Place yourself in their hands and enjoy unparalleled flavours and the best ingredients - from food, to wine and sake - all delivered with joy and playfulness. Cannot recommend enough, worth every penny and I look forward to returning.
