This was the perfect place for us to land in England. The staff was very helpful and fun to talk to. The food was good and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The pub was a great place to people watch and see a game on the TV. It was a very homely atmosphere. We didn't take advantage of the outdoor space due to rain, but it looked like fun. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Stuart, for a good night's sleep.

Our stay at Milford Arms was amazing. The rooms were adorable and perfect for what we needed. The locals we met at the pub were so friendly and Natalie was WONDERFUL and helpful with booking and questions. Close to Heathrow for our early flight out Sunday morning and the food at the pub was AMAZING. Sadly did not get to experience breakfast due to our schedule but I am sure it was wonderful as well. HIGHLY recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was so nice and had everything we needed. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The Hounslow station is nearby and it's very easy to get around by the underground. We would definitely recommend the Milford arms and would gladly stay there again!

We had our 1 year olds birthday party in the back room here and it was just amazing. The room was perfect for kids as it was slightly away from the bar. Lovely staff and amazing food. Plus the lovely lady who works here came out in her baby shark costume for us. What an amazing surprise for my kids.

Excellent place to stay. Room, excellent, Breakfast really good with plenty of choices. Staff friendly, free parking. Good location just noisy in the evening but it is a popular pub so expect that. Well worth the cost. Thanks

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the nice and specially very clean rooms! Nice beds with nice linnen. Because the weather was very warm we loved the evenings with a meal and drinks in the beergarden. Visiting the centre of London is easy because of bus and underground nearby. The chef makes good sorts of breakfast. Greetings from 2 couples in the Netherlands.

It’s billed as a hotel in 3rd party online booking sites but it’s really a PUB & INN; an old Brit 🇬🇧tradition. Having lived in the UK in a previous life, I’m totally familiar with this business concept and like the feel of it😎. I cannot speak to the pub and grub services here because I didn’t go for drinks. However, it’s worth noting that it’s smoke-free indoors 👍👍👍, and the staff are quite friendly. The accommodation is a very small room, even by UK/London standard (I’m a seasoned traveler), the en suite washroom is smaller than my closet…BUT 1. it’s very clean with daily housekeeping 👏👏👏; the shower, wash sink, and the toilet are clean dry each morning. Towels and basic toiletry changed daily. 2. The bed is comfy, 3. strong reliable WiFi👍👍👍, and 4. a kettle for coffee/tea. 5. There’s a separate entrance to the accommodations after the pub closes. 6. There’s adequate hot English breakfast (without the black pudding), coffee, some cereals and some fresh fruit. The downsides: 1. There’s no lift do🫤 2. Very narrow stairs 3. No AC 🫤🫤🫤 - a dehumidifier and a column fan are provided but not sufficient on a hot London nights these days - there’s a heat radiator and a heated drying rack. 4. Filtered coffee for breakfast🤨🤨🤨 - filtered drip coffee removes all the essential oils an aroma - Ironically, there’s an espresso maker in the dining area but not used for breakfasts?!

Arrived early for family party round the corner. Allowed to sit and feed our daughter before they'd even opened. Rooms absolutely spotless and comfortable size for 2 adults and travel cot. Only downside was the noise from the karaoke. Breakfast hosted by Jackie and Sue was lovely. They couldn't do enough for us. Those two deserve a medal for all their hard work.

Recently stayed for one night in Room number 12 which was nice as it overlooked the park. Was a handy location for us as we wanted to be fairly near Kew Gardens. Room was clean and tidy and reasonably spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities (no biscuits) Step in large shower cubicle ( no bath) Soap and towels provided. Bed was comfortable and linen fresh. Breakfast was included and consisted of a choice of fried English breakfast, cereals, croissants, yoghurts, bread for toast and tea/ coffee. Even though the room was above the bar area we weren't disturbed by noise. Plenty of free on site car parking.

Great outdoors sitting available. The food is good as well. We happened to drop by when there was a jazz night going on - great music.
