We ordered from Micks fish bar off ubereats for delivery. The fish was large and the chips were a good portion. This is our second time ordering and the chicken wings were still the highlight. The fried chip was not bad too but breast a little dry. Cod bites were essentially mini fish pieces. Overall a good lunch!
The only original fish and chip shop left in the area. Food does not disappoint at all. A range of freshly fried fish that are cooked to order means you're always guaranteed tasty fresh food. The fried chicken is brilliant. You can get all the usual classics as well as slushies when it's hot in the summer. Always friendly staff, keep up the amazing work!
It is a decent Fish and Chips shop that serve more than Fish and chips. Should try them if you are in the area. Portion sizes are good in relation to the prices.
We get cod and chips once a week and it's delicious. Freshly cooked and not thick batter. Chips are lovely and fresh. Would recommend this to anyone.
Great value chippy. Chips were great but a bit thin, chippy chips should be thick and chunky! Lovely saveloys.
I order takeaway or travel to purchase fish and chips from Mick's, what I like is the size, freshness of the food. I do not like large chip.

Have been a customer of micks for years and years! Couldn't recommend enough, food is always lovely and fresh and the shop is always very clean! I have eaten in fish and chip shops all over the country and none of them come close to micks. It is always a pleasure to go in and be greeted by the lovely friendly and welcoming staff! Lovely family business.

My very first visit to Micks Fish Bar, and I would like to applaud you, the very best chips I’ve ever had from a fish and chip shop. They were cooked to perfection and tasted so fresh. They were so good that I came back a few days later as I had to get my family to try them, again cooked to perfection, the level of consistency is on point and they loved it. The staff are very friendly. I will definitely recommend you to everyone.
