I only wish I’d got to try them…. My mother said they were the best thing she’d tasted for sometime. Packed full of flavour, fresh and delicious. They arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I chose the British fruit selection and they looked so colourful and pretty. Thank you once again for such excellent customer service and product. My father took a photo, as you can see they couldn’t wait to try them….

Delivered next day. Every care has been taken so it would reach us safely, and incredibly fresh.
One of the best sweets I had in my life, period. Perfect texture, delicious flavours, just the right sweetness.

I just bought 12 of your macarons at the Victoria Park market today. Goodness! They are really really fantastic. Super good. I love that the filling is fluffy and not too sweet. LOVE.
What a wonderful product! I was lucky enough to be sent a gift box and from now on this will be the bar by which I measure Macaroons….utterly delicious and cleverly packaged with a cold pack and wool insulation. Honestly, they are superb. Mine obviously arrived bang on time, as they were perfect. 😊 (Also, very good value for the quality) I would post a pic, but I’ve eaten them all.

Absolutely love the beautiful macarons that Giselle produces; I literally cannot fault them! The first time I tried her macarons was during a trip to London last December where I accidentally found her market stall outside Kings Cross station, and I was so wowed after trying one that I bought a mixed box to have over the rest of the trip. Needless to say, when I was due to travel back to Yorkshire, I was lucky enough to find that Giselle was still there with her stall and so I bought 2 boxes more to take back for friends and work colleagues - a mixed box and a box of Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt (my absolute favourite) and they went down a (literal) treat!
I’ve been craving these macarons ever since then, and I’d checked often to see if Giselle had started offering a nationwide delivery service - and now she has! I placed an order immediately and managed to get a good amount of my favourite CCSS (thank you so much) and they are just as good, if not even better than I remember them. The package was so well wrapped and secure too! I’ll be placing a monthly order just to try each of the new flavours, and I’m so happy to support a small business - I 100% promise that these macarons are worth it, give them a try!
I have never tasted anything like these delicious macarons. I bought them as a gift and there was agreement by all that they were amazing. Loved the way they were presented and packaged. They arrived right on time. I would definitely buy again.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered 2 boxes as gifts and sadly one was delayed in the post absolutely no fault of Giselle. However, they went above and beyond to keep in touch with me and sort the issue.

Best macarons I’ve ever tried, very fresh & inspired, original flavours. My favourite was the Lychee macaron! Will definitely stop by again if I’m in Chiswick Market.
I collected some of the macarons today via the 2g2g app. The macarons are fabulous, without doubt the best I have ever had. The green ones, could they be gooseberry and elderflower? tasted like a summer day by a river. I will be back and really want to try one of her wagon wheels. Giselle is without doubt an extremely talanted pâtissière.
Best Customer Service that I've had in years. Giselle responded to my query super fast and really went above & beyond to make sure my sister in law got her macarons for her birthday! They also looked beautiful & they made my sister-in-law's day. Highly recommend!
I was sent these as a gift from a friend and the taste made my day. I’m not usually a huge fan of macarons, but these were absolutely amazing - like nothing else I’ve ever tasted. This was the stall in Victoria park. I love the concept: local, seasonal and sustainable macaron flavours. I tried one of everything and my favourite was the pear and apple.
Macarons absolutely amazing everyone who’s tried them with me has become HOOKED! I’m completely obsessed with them and Giselle is so lovely makes them a real treat to have. There hasn’t been a flavour that I don’t love which always keeps it exciting. Bringing these to friends and family always makes stuff feel extra special and that’s a rare thing to find.
Love these macaron, they are so fresh and such interesting flavours. I have to admit to previously always saying I didn’t like macaron, and I still don’t, unless they are Giselle Richardson macaron! They are a class above. My go-to gift, as they are always so well received.

These guys popped up on Too Good to Go for me, so I thought I'd give them a try... I now love macaroons and have bought two more boxes since. I'll almost certainly buy more as they make a great gift in their neat little boxes.

I'd choose their macarons over Ladurée any time. They are simply delightful!
They caught my eye while I was at the Canopy Market and I had to try all 8 flavours. One of the loveliest customer service I've ever met in market who didn't have to try hard to convince me to go back for their Posh Wagon Wheels. My top 3: Lemon and fig, Strawberry basil and Chocolate caramel sea salt.
I ordered a pack of 15 this week (free delivery deal!) and they arrived in a good condition despite yesterday being one of hottest days so far.
I bake my own but couldn't face making multiple flavours so decided to treat myself - for that I apologise because it makes me very critical of macarons.
Flavour wise, in fifteen you get about two of every current seasonal flavour. I would say I found the salted caramel too salted (coming from someone who usually asks for more salt), the gooseberry slightly disappointing as it was relatively subtle, but the rest delivered a decent punch of flavour if lacking slightly in complexity.
They're decent shells, no hollows, good feet, not quite smooth tops which I would expect from the higher end ones, but balanced quite well between sturdy and delicate treats. Price wise they are definitely reasonable at about £1.30 each compared to the £2+ we can sometimes pay. They do look the part for gifting and go beyond the generic flavours and for that, kudos.
