The pizzas here are stone baked in sight with a view to the restaurant and the staff are extremely attentive. Even after a unexpected fire drill they kept calm and we was able to resume eating our meal like it never happened. Nice authentic Italian coffee served here also. I couldn't finish my pizza so I asked for a box to takeaway and received a lovely pizza box. Highly recommended for pizza lovers.
Had the butternut squash salad, which was really big and filling. We went as a large group, and the service was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Everyone enjoyed their meal and there were no complaints.
I wish I got the name of the young lady who served us (dark hair and tattoos on arms). Table of 13, 4 crazy toddlers and everything was perfect! Amazing service and so much kindness. Food was delicious and served promptly no hiccups at all with such a large order!

First time I have had a pizza at Pizza Express Etham High Street. What a great experience. The manager Terry was so friendly and accommodating and Mr Joal the Chef served up the best pizza I have ever had! Romano base beautifully thin and the Padmana pizza was topped so generously. Blackheath Pizza Express can take some tips here on how to present a generous pizza!

I just want to highlight the outstanding service given by the lovely waitress Mayra or Maira not to sure about the spelling of her name. The food was perfect, timing of food was great and the waitress was a friendly woman, happy to serve us, she checked on us, her service was genuine which is not common nowadays!!! Well done to this place and HER!!!.
Had my son's 10 year old birthday party 🎉 here, and it was the most amazing experience for my son and his friends. The manager, Mandy, was really helpful and went out of her way for us. The food was amazing and delicious and 8 my favourite was the bread balls 😋 👌🏽.
We like coming to pizza express whenever we can. Eltham has been one of the best. Here to celebrate a birthday and staff could not be more friendly or helpful, really lovely service and it made our night. Waitress was really good but even the manager came over to speak to us and make sure our night was good 😊

Excellent service, particularly Siwar- she was very patient and helpful when coming to help us pick what to order. However alot of the meals and drinks where out of stock when we came which is why it remains a 4/5 and not a 5

Come in often with my girlfriend, 90% of the time we are served by the lady with arm tattoos and long hair. she always had a smile on her face and happy to help. Could not rate her highly enough! Definitely a asset to the team.
