Always busy but staff is managing it well and know how to manage the pace.
The Wifi really needs improvement especially because the whole Harrow on the hill area is really bad for signal for Virgin/O2 network.
Good to grab a quick coffee and a croissant with the subscription but it’s often loud with kids so if I need to sit down and work/focus I usually go to Costa next door. Overall a nice place with a very hardworking team.
Good service that moves fairly fast even when busy. I've never had bad food or drinks from here.
I have always received very good service from Pret and absolutely love their coffee. However one of the staff called YOGESH at Harrow on the hill branch is not customer friendly at all and has an attitude problem. He missed to add hazelnut syrup which was part of my original order. When requested to add he denied and lies that he added 4 pumps of it and I need to ask his manager to add any syrup. This is super rude, absolutely not helpful and has a horrible attitude. He did not even call for the drink when it was ready. He simply put the coffee on the counter. I had to go check if it was my drink and another colleague confirmed it was my drink. It had no details of the coffee written in the cup too. I will not visit this store next time I see Yogesh at their till and spread the message about this worst and frustrating customer experience.
I am naturally a very patient person and there has never in my life I have come across such a rude customer service.
I have been going to Pret regularly and have always received exceptional service from all staff members even when they are working in extreme pressure. Shout out to Ana, Jaymar , Yogesh, harsh, Vida, Paulina and all staff members who would go extra mile to make sure they give you the correct drinks and would change it if needed.

Pret is pretty awesome. Their sandwiches are fresh, the ingredients are tasty, and the overall vibe is great. Super friendly staff!

This is just a positive review for the staff at Harrow Branch. Thanks to Bomi and Monica, I learned of the superb offering in the monthly subscription and have subsequently told and had five friends sign up, my family pending as well. However, three Saturdays ago I didn't receive the QR code saying I were Good to Go, apparently it did not save my debit card account details on my Pret Profile after I set it up. Bizarrely, this was not resolved for over three weeks until today when Ewan from Customer Services decided to expedite the QR reissuing, find out how I can add my card again to my profile (on your side it says I don't have the account active because it does not allow me to click and type in my card details - even though as described, I added them immediately and alongside your staff in Harrow!) Monica, Vite, Bomi et Al the Harrow team have been polite, empathetic, courteous, efficient, excellent team members and an asset to Harrow Branch and to the wider Pret brand. So humble was one of them that she told me I need not write a form or Google review. Such humility has only made me write this more urgently because they deserve credit for their exceptional customer service within your company. Once my QR code arrives I will be able to convince more people with my positive personal experience of how great the offering is but also how superb the staff here are at resolving any problems. Thanks to all at the Harrow Pret and to Ewan from your CS team. Could not recommend Pret any higher.
Am in there most days. I think the staff are excellent, Dida, manager(?) is always friendly and they all work very hard.
How they manage to keep calm when there's a queue of 20(+) which there seems to be a lot of the time, always amazes me along with the quick turnaround of drinks. I go to Paddington and St Georges Hospital also, during the week and I think Pret staff training must be pretty good, as I can't personally criticise any of these outlets. Keep it up Harrow!
Standard pret, lots of space. Toilets are a long trek upstairs. There are disabled toilets downstairs

Always excellent service, no matter what area I am in, the standard will be consistent. The place was clean and had a variety of food options.
One of the machines was down first thing, big queue..Vida and the 2 girls on were so well organised and still managed to smile..l never cease to be impressed.
