I am a lorry driver and I 've had a collection job on a 20' container at Safestore Battersea yesterday. The reception guy was very polite and helpful even if he didn't knew if there is a crew there for me but he made some phone calls and set it Up. He gave me permission to park the lorry very close to the storage area door and we managed to get the job done really quick. Lots of parking spaces inside and also facilities are good from any point of view.
Good experience even if I don't storage anything in their place but highly recommended.
The staff here are extremely friendly and informative. All our questions were answered quickly and as a whole they were very professional and helped us to the best of their abilities.

Very good experience. Staff was responsive during the reservation process and paperwork and all on site during the initial setup was quick. Convenient access to storage rooms 24/7 (one needs to ask for a room with 24h access). Friendly staff. Recommended

I have been storing with Safestore Battersea for 7 years, and have never had any real cause for complaint with the store.
Safestore's head office and accounts procedures could do with a little work though..... As always, it's the corporate, not the customer-facing, staff, that let the business down.
I was under pressure on the day, but quick,efficient, very helpful staff! Even people who I spoke over the phone. On my check in day, Julio even let me use he’s WiFi as I didn’t had my bank statement with me on the day! Very good team effort! - so far I had a very good experience!! The customer service at this Safestore was second to none. All of the staff were courteous, knowledgable, and made really useful recommendations. The facilities were exactly what we were after too. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Does what it says on the tin and cheaper than big yellow. Dry and secure it was easy to dump some things for a few months. Bring your own padlock as theirs are ambitiously marked up!
