Absolutely amazing dessert spot!!! amazing selection of desserts. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they treat you as if you were family!!! I was really impressed with the variety of ice creams. Waffles, milkshakes and the various teas are delicious! Highly recommend this place. I've been many times and have never been dissapointed. 5 out of 5 stars easily!!!
Went there for the 1st time after hearing good reviews on the breakfast menu. Went for the desi option ans have to say didnt disappoint. Will go back again

We always come here for our desserts and they are scrumptious!! The customer service is always brilliant. I always get to try a few flavours of ice cream before I decide which one to pick. Friendly staff who always make an effort to make you feel welcome.

Eat in or take away, the best breakfast sandwich this side of town. If you’re a meat eater like me, you will appreciate this place.
Food was nice enough but took about 49 mins for 2 waffles to come out and the shop was empty. It was nice but not in a rush to go back.
A great experience at Karak Chai and Ice-Cream! :) The welcome was very warm and customer service was brilliant! Setting is very suttle and peaceful. I really felt belonging; as if it was home. DESSERT was scrumptious! Everything was made with love and care, including unique tea tastes and great baked cookies! Would definitely recommend this place to all types of people, you will be treated with great assistance... The manager is an unique character, and personality is very Angelic, this reflects the whole place in a positive light. This is not only my favourite dessert place but also my place to find tranquility! Enjoy! :D
super delicious sunday nashta (breakfast) channay were so nice and the pooris are non greasy. tea was out of this world-proper desi karak chai.
service was a little slow but its worth the wait. we ate a lot and total came to £12 which is reasonable for 2 adults and 1 child.

Very friendly and informative staff. Been there 3 times, and will come again as they provide good cars, and you'll have a friendly advice from the staff. It is a good deal if you get the inlimited mileage.
