I always order from here for family gatherings, so usually a very large order. To date they have not made any mistakes with my order and everything is cooked well for such a large order. They don’t miss out anything and give enough sauces etc. Once they gave a free meal even. This is definitely one

You can’t go wrong with this local chicken shop it’s family-run with customer support from generations so a few bad reviews this does not impact on their service. They don’t accept contactless payments but allow customers to directly transfer into their bank account. Good choices to drink.

Food is nice staff are usually nice but has their off days. Other than that I keep it simply go on and order what I need they don’t disappoint. Good food is what I’m after and they have that so not fussed about anything else

Best chicken and chips in Whitechapel. The price is quite reasonable but they only take cash carefully when you are ordering food.

This takeaway is always outstanding. I am a regular customer who orders in, times as late as 11 pm when you would expect food to be stale and old from the day, however, every time i have ordered from Al Safa over the past few years, the food has been excellent, food is tasty, hot and fresh. Quick service, good prices, clean but small shop that's been recently refurbished. Close to Whitechapel station.

Usually food is on point. Very clean and busy shop. Customer service is outstsnding when the two young lads are there. I think owners brother and son. But not so good when the others are there. This is Something they need to improve on. Other than that over all experience is good.

I really like the chilli sauce in this wings and chips shop. The food is good and one I visit many a times. However I do find the staff are always rushing and one time gave the wrong change. They need to slow down.

Beautiful food , service and management

I've been coming here every now and again for about half a year and have been impressed by the consistency in quality and service. Good prices and portions are reasonable - highly recommended!!

Nice chicken and chip shop not too busy small place good staff but sometimes feels not friendly because of the workers stating at u eating.

I ordered from this place by chance. one of the best decisions I've ever made. that wrap is insanely good.
