I've been a customer for 13 long years ordering at least twice a month. Now Duck is over cooked and burnt. Asked for a dish to be without spring onion and what happens the chef decided to put white onions instead. Surely that's the same family of vegetable. But after a argument on the phone with the order taker they then decided to send an replacement. The driver placed it in my hand and asked if everything is fine.

Absolutely love hot wok it does the best chinese food ever...., I've lived all over Islington and hot wok is the best!! Sadly I moved to Hertford a few years ago and when I'm back in Islington it's a hot wok night every time ....the food ...service and value for money is unbeatable would recommend this chinese a million times!!♥️♥️♥️♥️ though i must add they now refuse to deliver to my address which is only a mile and half away really dissapointed as was a loyal customer for over last 5 years.... i cant always collect myself ..... think they should review deliverlys to n4 !!!!
