We booked the day before for a table on the Friday evening. The staff is very polite and attentive. The atmosphere is chilled. The food is good but a little bit too salty for me, especially the Black Dhal. The prices are honest and portions decent. We spent 42£ for 2 people with no drinks and dessert.
Some of the best Indian food I have ever had. The service was fantastic and the staff had excellent suggestions. And on top of all that, it is very reasonably priced.
Great tasting food! I have been here twice, both times towards the closing time of the resturant, but still loved the food on both occasions. I ordered vegetarian food only so I cannot speak for the non-vegetarian options. The dishes seem fresh, and most importantly, these were not heavy on cream and oils. Found the service to be excellent. I was just a bit confused about the difference in portion sizes between a main and a side dish, but overall I recommend this place!
The taste of home made indian food. I have been there 4 times already, tasted most of the curry dishes and all are excellent. The spice level is OK for Europeans :)
Service is really nice, quick and cheerful (but don't expect them to make a choice for you).
Delicious food. The spice is just right. We ordered chicken Bryan, chicken tikka, and Nan. The disappointment was in the portion size. It was much less than expected, as shown in the picture. So, you may need to order more than one main dish for every person.
Absolutely outstanding experience at this Indian restaurant! We had an incredible meal, and to top it off, they went above and beyond to find and return an item we had forgotten. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommended!
We had paneer butter masala and palak paneer with naan, and it was an absolutely delicious meal! We will definitely come again. The service was really good, food was ready quite quickly and the music and interior design created a very nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Great place! My main dish of choice was the Bombay Chicken Curry, which was really nice! As for desert I chose the Gulab Jamun, which was very tasty as well.
I had an amazing experience at Yatri. The Railway Curry and Garlic Naan were both delicious and exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine in London.
Dal makhani was amazing!
Portion size on the smaller side, so go if you're not too hungry.
