Absolutely brilliant 🤩 best value & customer service. I dropped my iPhone 8plus off that had a dangerously swollen battery at 9:30 this morning & it was repaired by 11:30. So convenient @ Warwick Rd. entrance of Earls Court Tube.
I went with my iPhone to fixed my home button .
My iPhone was a diagnosed free of charge!
Then I been kindly advised that nothing is wrong with my Home button, but only screen needs to be replaced ,because of small crack on it then phone will be back to normal!

The Moniker “Hero” is fully earned. I lost the service of my new Samsung Galaxy Active 3 Tablet while navigating from the Uganda Border en route to Kigali, Rwanda. I found Phone Heroes London online. Went in today needing a battery and backplate replacement urgently. Even though they didn't have them in store, my man got replacement parts brought in and my phone sorted in a few hours.

I had dropped my phone twice and took it to Kam to have a look, normally the phone would need the screen changed and everything.
I left it thinking I had to change everything and then they told me that there was a loose cable at the back and they connected it back and the phone started working again.
Really honest person and always trying to find a solution before getting into conclusions.

I have a six year old HP computer which has served me well. The screen was no longer turning on. Phone heroes have me an honest and reasonable quote. I would use them again.
I recently needed help to save data from my OnePlus 7T which had a completely broken screen. At Phone Heroes they were friendly and helpful, also very patient, as it was a bit of a hassle to sort out everything. I would look for them again in the future if I had problem with my phone and could recommend them to anyone :)
