Staff polite and helpful. Feels safe as security officers work at this store. Often see police buying lunch/ tea break stuff here to. Clean and tidy easy location has good connections to main routes such as A12 and A406.
Oh wow this is a great McDonalds! It is so clean and modern and lovely. There is lots of seating, a large soft play area for children, balloons and super friendly staff. The toilets are clean, they are a bit narrow but nice. Definitely recommend this McDonalds :)
One of the worst McDonalds in London. They get your order wrong more often than get it right especially using the drive thru. Even after you double check with the staff TWICE, when paying at the first window, and collecting at the SECOND window, you get home to find your order has been messed up yet
Bread for burgers are very dry almoust like plastic.. double cheeseburger and mayo cuicken burgers are very basic, minimalistic sauces on burgers.
We made 4 different orders as 4 people, non of our Extras were added nor instructions followed..
Every time i try MCdonalds it feels like they don't care
Woman in hijab gave me one cheese on purpose after paying for extra cheese on a big Mac. Then I went back to change it and was told big Mac only has one cheese in it to start with like I don't get it all the time. Rubbish customer service.
I tend to use the drive through, I live less than 5 minutes in the car and ALWAYS have to stick food in the microwave!!
Nice and clean premises. Toilets were well cleaned too. I would definitely eat there again. Food came rather quickly as well

Have asked for burger without onion,just they must have forgotten ,so they put 🌰 and it wasn't busy at all .
Sometimes I am thinking, what is the point having so many staff and still orders takes long and orders are mistake
