Waited for 20 minutes when the food was ready for collection on the display tv and also I was asked for Dine in and didn’t receive and tray and disposal plate which KFC used to have. Visited on busy Friday evening. It was full of customers but still got served fresh hot chicken and cashier was kind and helpful to select nice deal for our group of friends. Overall excellent service by staff
