Wow the best dessert place ever!!! The staff and atmosphere was just awesome i really cant wait to get back there! Hmmm the fresh waffles and crepes smell soooo nice and the cookie dough wow! Thank u Kaspas Ipswich!!
Too good! Fresh hot waffle and cookie dough and to top it off I ordered a Oreo milkshake and you can actually taste the Oreo because they put good amount of Oreos and not stingy not like other places!!

Went here with my flat mates yesterday. Oh god this is dessert heaven. I had a Nutella shake whereas my friends tried different types of waffles, crepes and pastries. All of us left very satisfied and wanting to come back again.

I visited Kaspas on Thursday and oh man is it good times.
My mates and I were meant to go for a pint but we decided on something a little different. I'm glad we did. We were seated quickly and given the menu. It took us ages to decide on something. I was torn between having a waffle with Nutella and M&M's and a White Chocolate Indulgence waffle.
We went to order and pay (like in Nando's.) I like this system as it means you can just leave when you are ready and I guess with the amount of options on the menu it works best to have people order in their own time.
Anyway I get to the counter and they say they can give me a half and half waffle. This was perfect as I got to experience two types of waffle. I also had a White Chocolate Kinder Bueno milkshake, all I can say is WOW! That milkshake is a winner!
The food came quick, service was good and there was something for everyone. The pricing is what you would expect but the portions are massive so there is value there (I'm literally a pig and left stuffed after a waffle and milkshake.)
My friends had a variety of items including mint chocolate ice cream, an oreo sundae, a mango sundae, a berry smoothie and a snickers milkshake. When I visit again I'll get the mango sundae as that was refreshing.
5 stars from me, but I am a complete sugar fiend so there ya go.
I love the range of items in Kaspas everyone can find something they would love to eat there, me and my family went there for a little gathering once from then on its are go to dessert place to go.
First of all I would like to appreciate the staff, amazing people especially NOUMAN(sorry if I spelt your name wrong😅) he was exceptional, good communication skills and treated us very gently. Five stars for just this guy 👍🏻. And not to forget the desserts were as good as the staff. Loved it. Enjoyed

Staff is very friendly and understanding however, the wait for the food was insanely long. Communication between customer and staff is poor as our ice cream started melting and weren't told that our order was ready. However, we were topped up with two extra icreams afterwards. Good food however be prepared to wait
Good atmosphere,feel expensive but worth enough
Took my daughter here and she loved it and so did I. The staff was lovely and friendly and very helpful. My daughter had cherry and I had mint, and one of the staff was kind enough to help me put the rest in a cup to take away for my daughter which she was very happy about. I'll defo be back.

Nice and quite when I was there, great options for ice creams, sundaes, waffles, cakes, cookie dough, and crepes. I ordered the apple pie with a scoop of salted caramel ice cream and it was the best pie I have ever tasted. Crust was exquisite, filling was so moist, absolutely loved it! Server was quick and friendly, nice music.
Shah makes the best milkshakes at this branch! I’ve never tasted a milkshake so good. I got the Oreo milkshake, and my sister got a Oreo & ferrero rocher mix; both yummy. Big up Shah!

Catford Kaspas, it was an enjoyable experience the desserts wad exceptional and we all enjoyed ourselves the hygiene was amazing and and the costumer service was great . Especially the manager Yani he treated us amazingly and we will definitely be back
Ordered waffles and tea via Uber eats late night and went to collect. I was served by Shah and the rest of the team and they gave great, friendly customer service. The dessert was amazing .Will definitely come back
Great experience nice place but one person called Yani in particular had exceptional customer service skills so attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure our table was happy and catered for throughout even went and got me oat milk for my latte that they never had in store. He brought my sons cake out that I had asked last minute if this was possible and again he catered to us personally professionally so kind and friendly! Nothing was too much for him to do so had to shout him out in particular Thank you so much
