Been coming here for years...the best spot in London, staff are good, the chef works wonders in the kitchen, and the owner Alhumdulliah has kept it halal. No Alcohol and even has a prayer room on site...perfect spot...the local rivals talk trash and Basrah keeps getting better! The only spot in North West London..!

We're weekly visitors so they look after us and are very friendly and the coal service is really good.
The road leading up to the place isn't great but it's just a road and there's plenty of parking so no issues there...No need to worry about leaving the car.
You can't mix shisha flavours so don't expect that but the layali favours they have on offer are really good anyway.
Definitely worth visiting...its a bit out of the way for us but still our regular shisha spot!

We've actually been here several times and finally realised I hadn't left a review yet so, here we go!
From when your experience starts in the car park, that's how you know this is one attentive and 'on point' business. The guys/security outside are so respectful and polite greeting us with a 'good evening sir/madam'. It was so welcoming!
The guy who showed us to our table followed through with the exact same tone and greeting which was a lovely way to be seated! Our waiter Omar was exceptional! He even remembered that we came last year to celebrate my birthday with a larger group, great memory!
Service = phenomenal and personalised
Food = absolutely delicious, good portion size, and freshly hot!
Shisha = banging! Doesn't die quick and staff are attentive with frequent coal to keep your smoke alive!
Atmosphere = sick vibe! We love music in a lounge! Interior is gorgeous too! Seating is super comfy!
Pricing = everything reasonably priced, especially shisha and food!
We also ordered Adana kebab which was so good I ate it too fast and forgot to take a pic!

I’ve been ordering from here a lot especially late nights, but every time the food is amazing as well as the portion sizes and the service is always great. They always go above and beyond and I once ordered picked up from here by mistake and they delivered it free of charge at like 30mins past midnight in the rain. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and the owners are super generous
Amazing lounge, I work here as well staff are great friendly. The managers and team are wonderful. Ash, Kano, Tiger Rachid Khalid are great to me everyone there is like family to me I go there on my day off’s and it’s good service when I went there as a customer it was a good experience. If you want to have a great weekend then this is the place for you.

Been coming here for years now, before the sheeshas was amazing but it seems the quality of Sheesha did drop but then improved dramatically. Again food wasn't that great before and now food is pretty good. Priced fairly and good atmosphere all round. They have SKY TV so will show sports and music when possible but usually in the background as they have music playing. Remember 1 Sheesha per two people unless you order food but if they are not busy then usually you don't have to worry about ordering Sheesha.
The place was amazing food was amazing and the server Rashid was very accommodating and polite. Thanks a lot sharif for making my boyfriends night special.
Ordered a mixed Sharwama and was quite oily. Meat was overcooked and dry however portion size was good! Also ordered cheese sticks which were nice. I asked the waitor what is inside the stuffed mushrooms which he replied cheese. When we got the mushrooms they were just coated in batter and fried.. no cheese in sight. Ordered a kiwi peach and mint shisha, I have been here many times for just shisha and the standard is the same. Would prefer coconut coal as normal coal is much hotter and needs changing more regularly than coconut coal. Overall would definitely recommend as they have the most comfortable seating in any shisha lounge history!
