We tried the crepes with chocolate hazelnut flavor from Nutella topped with icing sugar and couple of milkshakes. It was pretty busy but the team was very helpful to promptly serve us. I believe that the crepes filling must be more generous. The shakes were delicious.

Good quick and friendly. I got two ice cream cones to take away. The staff were very generous in the portion size and the two we got were enough for all four of us. After being on a month long ice cream ban my my @snowflakegelato was such a treat. first time @helly_belly88 and I tried the #icecreamsandwich and we were not disappointed damn that was tasty!

Delicious freshly served and prepared Gelato in the heart of Westfield Shepherds Bush. Queue can get fairly busy and seating options can be a bit limited even during less busy periods, but an enjoyable experience for those wanting a tasty top-up treat.

Snowflake has always been my go to dessert place. My family and I usually drive all the way to London when we want our sugar fix.
Hearing that Snowflake was coming to Westfield made me so excited.

Visited this branch on valentine's day and opted for a pistachio ice cream. I was expecting it to taste good but was pleasantly surprised by how good it actually was.
