Delivery drivers waiting everywhere so taking up space in an already busy restaurant. Lots of people just sitting waiting for buses. Floor cleaners very thorough
Was number 86, food came in under 5 minutes, security staff today wonderful. I didn't want ice on my drink and the staff serving took my drink to remove ice, with a smile. Above all, food was pipping hot!!!! Will definitely eat here again

Clean. Efficient. Can be rowdy around school closing times. But the security do well to control the traffic of the young ones.
The service is fast and efficient and the presence of security is welcomed 😊. It is also clean.
We were here on a very busy day Friday and a very busy time. They did a good job of keeping up with the service just a few delays and very short times.
Service can be very slow. Especially if you only want a drink or ice cream. They don't do these first like others do. But unlike most McDonald's in the UK, they do actually mix the mcflurry. Which is what makes it a mcflurry and not ice cream with toppings.
Foods ok for me. But no tissues in the usual place in two consecutive days. Maybe they had a reason. Anyway staff gave me some when asked
