This place claims to have the best fish and chips in romford. It certainly wasn't the cheapest, but cod prices are insane everywhere these days. In anycase the food was excellent. Batter was thin and beautifully golden. Fish was thick and meaty tasted fresh and was fried really nice. The doner kebab was nicely sliced and was much better than average quality with plenty of ingredients and sauces to select from in the menu. Overall I highly recommend. Big Thumbs-up.
Ok the chips are some point best most fish and chip shops are sometimes soggy but this fish and chip shop have the best Chips! hot and fresh and onto the fish Im so amazed it was YUMMY! it will fresh cooked and a yummy taste to it. but the seating arrangement isn't good maybe extend the shop a bit so people can dine in. and the service Is best the lady was very nice! ill be coming back soon!
Always place ordered from here. I believed the reason behind the taste fish and chips and all other food items is freshly made, price are reasonable as compared to other shops. Friendly staff specially the owner, never seen him angry or rude with staff. Thanks for your services in collier row Romford.

Local Favourite! I have been to many fish & chip shops in and around Romford/Collier Row. This place is always tasted better! Fish & Chips is always Fresh and so worth the wait! Plus the owners brother is a Hammer fan too!! 😎⚒️ x

Tried the cod and donor meat, both fantastic. Just feel either the portion could be slightly bigger or slightly cheaper otherwise all good.
Ordered food through Uber Eats. On delivery I thought they had sent the wrong order as there were 3 pies and a whole box of chicken wings I hadn't ordered. But due to being nearly closing time they had thrown these in as extras. But what really made my night was the hand written note they had added to our order " Footballs Coming Home" thank you Caspian Sea the food was delicious and the added extras made the 4-0 win that much sweeter!
Probably the BEST Fish & Chips I have had in a long time. Been coming here for a while now, I drive down from Abridge just for the food!! Strongly Recommend folks x

My first time here and just wow... the portions are huge! I must say the chips were perfect👌🏻 and the small cod was not small at all, more like a large compared to other chippies. Prices are ok, some are steep but if you are expecting decent food then i supppse you wouldn’t mind.
Their medium COD is huge with the 7 something pound it costs. Well worth it, also the most chips I get for a medium £3 in my area

Absolutely 5* service, delivery is on point, food is high quality and tastes so much better than others in the neighborhood. The portions are pretty large and cheap given the size of it. Great service from the young guy over the counter, excellent personality and very friendly staff.
Having been working from home over the last couple months, this chippy has become my favorite, I order 2-3 times a week and would really recommend to those looking for a nice meal in good time. Make sure you try out the Haddock, unbelievably great!
Donner meat and chips and 6 chicken wings and all was fantastic and tasty! Customer service brilliant, followed instructions on order. Will be ordering again 10/10
