Good place to work and catch up with friends. The food is decent and it doesn't advertise itself as having it spectacular - its food does the job for what it is. The staff could be friendlier but can't be faulted otherwise.
The food is always consistantly good from breakfast to dinner. If you like hambugers this is the place the kalendar burger is fantastic. So are their chips. Best waitress is Andreea.
Loved the breakfast here.. Nice taste and nice plc to hang around.. The outside sitting area is my fav though.. Perfect for a sunny sunday morning.. Keep it up guys.. Cheers

We had a nice drink here & cake with our kids - the staff accommodated us on two tables (COVID rules). Drinks were nice and cake was tasty - overall would recommend. Good place to refuel before or after adventures on Hampstead Heath
Excellent pit stop to liven up your walk in Hampstead Heath. Unpretentious, friendly and great value. The best thing about it is the people who work there: always kind, funny and mischievous. Always a pleasure to drop by.

Fantastic service. We were in a bit of a hurry and the staff seemed to see that and speed up our meal which was delicious.
We had two pizzas and they were the best we had in life. The dough was not hard not soft not burned not less cooked, it’s just perfect. The pizza is not dry and not wet, also perfect texture. The flavour is so authentic. The tomato sauce is so good. Thanks to the chef! And the service is also lovely.
What a lovely place, a huge menu, very good drinks. The salads are very big and filling and well dressed. Chicken Schnitzel was excellent.
We won a three course meal for two in a local raffle and were pleasantly surprised with the restaurant. Starters were very tasty, the mains were delicious and the desserts yummy, all washed down with a free glass of the house red wine. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend and will definitely go back.
A lovely café/restaurant, especially when the weather is nice due to the plentiful outdoor seating, that serves a variety of foods from breakfasts to steaks. I ordered the Chicken Schnitzel and was pleasantly surprised to see just how large the portion was. The only letdown perhaps was the chips, they tasted quite old, but the chicken and salad made up for it in my opinion. The staff are also friendly and attentive. The clientele can get quite aggressive when it comes to grabbing an outdoor seat, so make sure you get there at a nice quiet time of day to enjoy this place to the fullest.
The 50% discount is amazing! Especially in a place like Kalender were all food is high quality. I recommend this to every because they have loads of different types of food like: Pancakes, English breakfast, an array of amazing salads and many more. This is a great place and if you don't like the look of it I urge you to try and you'll see what I mean
