Shout out to Irene who served me when I went in to claim my birthday Whopper today. She was smiling and friendly and wished me a happy birthday a few times! Turned a miserable rainy day into a good one - thank you Irene! :)
Very fresh and tasty and kind staff but a little bit slow service which would be okay since you actually get fresh food
customer service was fast during the morning, enjoyed the the hash browns.

This is such a handy but very busy branch. The service is fast and the food is hot and fresh. Prices are a little steep but there are online surveys and discount apps that reward you with cheaper or even free food. Seating available outside on the station concourse.
Always a pretty good burger from this place though you won't get a place to sit at peak times

Quick service with a personal touch. No hot drinks available, which was not great on a winter's night. Decent portions of fries, but I'm sure the burgers are smaller than they used to be...!

Decent burger king when I visited and a friendly guy serving. There's a small seating area which is very welcome but Network Rail or Chiltern need to sort the pigeons out..
A small, but convenient place to collect food or 'eat in'; there are only 4 to 6 chairs sit with small tables for 2 people each, outside the actual main 'shop' (but within the Marylebone station). The service may be slow at times, depending on the crowd, but the quality of food has been good every
quite quick service for a trainstation and you can can use the vouchers from the bk app too which was surprising
