Amazing job! The whole experience from start to finish is great, the waitress Beyza is always so friendly and kind. The dessert can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great delicious sundae.

Went to Creams Ealing today to try their Alfonso mango and the lemon sorbet! We also tried the UniCone! Must say the portions were generous and the sorbets were creamy and flavourful! Anyone who visits would know they are reasonably priced and the staff is always willing to give samples for tasting.
Winner winner chicken dinner! Found an ice cream shop that’s worth me returning to. Me and the kids were feeling rather peckish for something sweet after a day out and creams in ealing caught our eye. We were greeted with a warm welcome and given top tier customer service by the lovely staff member

We went here after a few hours of shopping in ealing. We have been here few times. Just wanted to catch up with friends. We ordered crepes with fruits and ice cream. Desserts are yummy. Prices are also reasonable. Their is a wide choice of dessert menu to order from. They also added few savoury dish
Firstly the customer service is impeccable, I had a slight issue with my waffle and crepe and the man who served me was very understanding and went above and beyond and offered me a replacement and refund, I really appreciate it and it helps when their milkshakes are just as sweet as their customer
Creams is our go to place when we want to satisfy our sweet tooth. Their waffles are so delicious and the staff are polite and knowledgeable. Nima helped us and was super polite, helpful and provided excellent service. I would recommend this place.

Pleasant, efficient service at lunchtime today. Most of our group did Create Your Own, which is brilliant because it lets people reduce the amount of sugar/fat etc in their order 👍🏻
