Nice garden , even managed to get a gluten free burger with salad !! Friendly staff ,nice spacious garden !!waited 10 min for my food pretty good I'd say 👌😎
The Leather Bottle is a refurbished old pub, a few minutes' walk down from Earlsfield's busy high street. The large interior has  a cosy drinks area at the front and big dining room at the back, leading out into the huge beer garden.Â
The food is okay, though the same as all other Young's gastro pub menus and it would be great if they had more than one veggie option!
We were with 25 friends and I was most disappointed to find out that the manager was not at least prepared (after spending hundreds of pounds) to honor a "2 burgers for 12 pounds on Mondays " even though it was a bank holiday. He was going to throw away food and it seemed bad business sense to make some money as apposed to 'pissing off' his clients. Many of our group have their own businesses and were bemused why he would do this. It just seemed bad business sense. Anyway we enjoyed the afternoon and the venue was great for a Bank Holiday Birthday Celebration!! Definately come- you'll enjoy it though we're not sure on why throwing away food was better than making 'some' money. Anyway it has not spoilt our day- we've enjoyed the venue,..... But ...!!!!!!!

Don’t you just love summer? Beer gardens, crisp cider, Pimm’s and BBQs, what’s not to like? I was in London last week visiting Holly and Dicky in Wimbledon and it was a nice and sunny Saturday. I have lived in the UK long enough to know that if the sun is out, drop everything and go out! Chances are that it won’t last too long. With that in mind, we decided to find a nice beer garden and grab some food (and drinks obviously) making the most of the good fortunes. Dicky suggested we go to The Leather Bottle in Earslfield, which is short 20 minute walk from Wimbledon. So we packed our sunglasses and decided to walk to the Leather Bottle. The Leather Bottle on Garratt Lane is an historic pub that opened over 300 years ago. It started as a small inn but has transformed itself over the years into what is today a destination pub in South West London. What makes this place special though is its vast gardens which has been voted ‘best beer garden in London’ by Cosmopolitan Magazine in the past.
We reserved a last minute tabel. Orders where taken quicky but was mixed up and some of the food and drink took ages to come. Nice big lovely pub with loads of seating outside. Staff where very friendly and the pub had a relaxed atmosphere.
We had a great time at the Leather Bottle last night, we went for the pub quiz which was really fun and inclusive. The quiz itself covered a number of topics with realistic general knowledge questions. The quiz master was a really nice chap and very clear and engaging through the rounds.
The pub has a lovely atmosphere and much larger than expected, lovely friendly staff and a great selection of drinks.
The pub is also super dog friendly and there's a huge garden to the rear.
I’m yet to try the food at the venue but it’s definitely up there with one of the nicer neighbourhood spots! The food smells divine and judging by how many people queue up for food, it must be great 😊 Will definitely be going back to try the Sunday roast.
We had a lovely catch up with friends yesterday. It was our first time visiting Leather Bottle and I can't fault anything. Service and atmosphere were great. The food was delicious. There was a little hick up in the kitchen and our meal was delayed but they apologized and offered complimentary pudding. For me personally, service is what's most important and they were brilliant. I look forward to our next visit! Thank you.
Great pub with lots of different areas and spaces inside and out. The garden isn’t only amazing in the summer, there’s lots of cosy special spots that are heated and covered. The team are all lovely and in particular Katie and Lana were amazing. Really good coffee and I loved the chicken escalope! Look forward to coming back again very soon :)
My second time in The Leather Bottle and on both occasions we left over the moon! All the staff that served us were amazing but Ben went above and beyond. He made us feel welcome from when we entered to the moment we left. 10/10 service and i definitely will recommend to my friends and family. Very happy customers!
Just moved nearby and cannot be happier this is our new local! Been there a few times for drinks and burgers but brought the parents over for dinner last night and they loved it! Food was delicious and service was great (Lana was a superstar - she even brought a treat for our dog, who is now besotted). There are so many spaces to enjoy too including the huge garden! Handy it has a car park too.
We came here for our summer do and had a brilliant time. The staff, the food and the atmosphere were great. The only thing to improve is to have some music outside the Shepherd Shacks as the speakers inside the shacks were too quiet. I would still 100% recommend this pub.
Tom and the team were fantastic hosts and caretakers. The staff were all brilliant. Saw Tom deal with some difficult patrons calmly and we had a great time. Absolutely no complaints!

Great pub! We were welcomed by a lovely barman called Ben. Very friendly chap who made sure both me and my Mrs had everything we needed before finding a seat! Great atmosphere and will definitely come again.
Had the Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes with parsnips and gravy.

Went on Saturday, choice of kids meals was excellent. All the food was spot on, staff were friendly. If you are in London and want something different - this is literally a 15 min journey from Waterloo and has a lovely "out of town" feel. Will definitely be coming back next down we are down.
The atmosphere and the staff are amazing. I ordered a pint and had a nice convercation with Ben who is a part of the staff. The garden is huge, its clear that there were no corners cut. The food is superb as well. Highly recommend theether bottle to everyone.
A really busy pub. Lots of outside seating with colourful umbrellas. Staff were really friendly and attentive and a good range of music. I had a grilled chicken salad with croutons and a side of new potatoes with tarragon and butter all of which was very tasty. There was vegetarian options and was asked while ordering if i had any dietary restrictions.
I love this local. Fantastic beer garden, great staff (incredibly friendly), the Young's wine list is superior to their rivals, and the food is pretty tasty to boot.
