Have to say great service chef went out of his way to make my daughter a pizza that was not there and called her over when it was done very polite and well mannered staff place spotless clean

This has got to be the cleanest Pizza Hut I have been in to date. The salad was fresh and nothing mixed which was what I expected due to it being school holidays. Toilets were very clean and usable. Staff were attentive but not over attentive like in other huts I have been to.

We were greeted upon entering by there nice staff and everything was explained clearly.
We decided to do the buffet thsat includes unlimited, pizza, salad, drinks, pasta and dessert.
It was very reasonably priced and there is an adult and child rate
There pizza tasted good and it was still hot and crunchy as a new batch is cooked everytime.
The salad bar was my favorite as you get to make your own or mix up whatever you like to make.
Pasta tasted good as well and ofcourse the dessert which is always the kids favorite!
There is a restroom in the area as well.
We were greeted by a lady at the door and she was very kind and quick to answer my questions about gift cards. We ordered through the app and got the food about 15 minutes after. Only real issue is we wasn't told that the bowls for the salad bar are at the salad bar, so we sat waiting for the salad bowls for about 10 minutes. Wasn't the end of the world but just a note for future as we are not frequent customers so wasn't sure how it worked. Food was great and tasty. Value for money was incredible. Whole meal seen was delicious, hot and fresh. We paid less than £15 per head drinks Incl! Ideal location too, will visit again.
All-round good experience. Was a nice, hearty meal before going up to watch our movie in the Odeon. Pro-tip: make the most of the unlimited salad bar!

Very friendly staff, esp. chef who came to every table to ask how guests like the food. Pizza was great, you can have two flavour in one pizza if you order the bigger one. Ordering and payment only via QR code (online menu), cash free restaurant. I like it here very much!
Food as expected of a Pizza Hut. Managed to sit 17 of us as walk ins so that was great. First visit to this Pizza Hut and first time using online ordering. I accidently ordered 3 drinks not realising my meal came with one and the manager of duty would not refund me, instead said my only option was to have one kids ice cream which I did not want. If I hadn't already paid online I would have left.
Big family group with 3 sets of adults who were able to pay and order themselves, without the awkwardness of who ordered what/how much scenario at the end of the meal.
There were discrepancies with what I ordered and what was given to me, but was sorted out immediately without any fuss, our waitress went above and beyond 👍 fist time in Pizza Hut in a very long time and was just perfect for the occasion with an age range of children/young adults and older adults ;) Thank you 😊
Every thing friendly staff we missed Robert tho but the manager went above and beyond for us had a nice chat he even said bye when we was leaving was nice you don’t get that often when u visit restaurants now.

There was such a great promotion for 2-3 people. Price was so good and every staffs are so nice. Especially a man who have beautiful smiling face. I dont know his name (sorry) but he was sooooo nice for us. And every foods are delicious
We were very happy with our recent visit to Pizza Hut.
Three of us ordered individual pizzas and unlimited soft drinks.
I ordered the meat feast, 6 portions, enjoyed eating it thoroughly.
My companions enjoyed theirs too.
Prices have definitely gone up.
Service was good.

Came in to Pizza Hut with my partner, tonight, and had a great time! Great music, food and atmosphere. The lady working on the floor was so attentive and friendly. The pizzas and chicken bites were absolute quality. Honestly greet products and outstanding service, especially the fact that it was only her on shift. Will definitely come again. Thanks guys!
Pizza Hut is a family friendly restaurant. This pizza is the best! Sometimes it promotes kid eat free so it is a very good bargain!
Best Pizza Hut is in Greenwich! Family friendly cosy place to eat. Fast and friendly service. Nice and clean. Car park close and free! We would definitely recommend a visit.
...the pizza and salad were ok but avoid the chips (we got those with the kids meal) - they were very oily/soggy as if the oil wasn't heated up properly or they were reheated (this place could learn a few things on how to make chips from burger king next door)
Thank you for a wonderful buffet, it was a quiet day, however all the salad bar and pizzas were so fresh. The staff were amazing and to polite too.
A good example of a chain restaurant that is actually good. Kind of crowded on weekends, but there's usually seating available. The buffet options seem to be better than other places. For some reason the cheasy garlic bread was a bit soggy and not as crispy as I like, still tasty though.
definitely a pay a visit if your shopping around there. And that cookie dough... Mhmmmm...
