Dis visit was in the middle of the shopping 🛒 wen my husband wanted to try dis place. We ordered 2 scoops icecream belgium chocolate wd raspberry n then toppings on it. It was delicious.Friendly service, great menu choices at affordable prices. Will be back.
I've been coming to the place for the last 2 years with my wife and kids. We've tried everything on the menu within that time and its super delicious. The kids love the choice of flavours of ice cream, my wife and myself love the bubble waffles. Read some of the reviews on here and its just laughable, maybe stick to Iceland ice cream. Staff are friendly without being over the top and food alway 100%.
I've been to this place two days ago and had a Belgian waffle with chocolate ice cream on top. The girl who served us (arabic veiled girl as I asked her where is she from) was really nice, patient and calm. Even though my friends took so long to choose their flavors she was smiling all the time and helping them politely. I really liked this place and willing to go at least once per week.

Visited Fentons ice cream Westfield yesterday with my family after shopping we decided to treat the kids and have a refreshment. We decided to go for it among the other places.
They had fabulous variety of flavours we took too long to choose because so many flavours, and a lot of other choices so it was hard to decide. We are italiens I live in London so we know very well about the good gelato in fact Fentons has the best gelato in London rather than the other they are pretending to be gelato parlours.
The staff was amazing she was very patient with the kids we had 6 she made all kids ice creams with sauce and Mickey Mouse cones sprinkles they were saying is the first best ice cream.
Me and my parents we had milkshakes I took rocher and white chocolate brownie as the girl who served us recommended was amazing my parents pleased as well sauce and cream never seen such a perfection in every detail.
My aunt had the hongkong waffle was freshly made the Asian guy helped her we were 10 of us it was a good waffle she really enjoyed it.
Overall I’m so glad I made the best Choice taking my family to Fentons they had the best gelato experience on the day they arrived to London thanks to Fentons.
I really wanted to share my experience because my cousins were so happy and I’ve seen all the bad reviews I need to say don’t listen to them someone had a bad day doesn’t meant the whole staff or company is not good. It was very busy everyone was smiling very nice to customers actually the busiest ice cream in the Westfield they are very good quality products.
I definitely recommend to go to this place if there is more than 5 stars I will give it.
