We ordered Jamie's insanity burger with skinny fries and smokey bbq beans, blackened cajun fish with skinny fries and chipotle mayo. It looks like people are too eager to find even a smallest flaw on this venue and then compete among themselfes who's gonna write more dramatic sequence of The sorrows of young Werther...So, regarding the first and foremost important thing of every restaurant - the taste of ordered food was great! Fish and chips was even better than burger. It tasted so good that the next day I went to Borough market to buy cajun seasonig so I cay try to reproduce same dish at home. To be honest, I did tasted better burgers than thid one but I would order it again easily. Quntities of served food were more than enough for two. It costed us 42£ (including drinks). Rergarding the service - it was flawless. We came early in the afternoon (I assume that is the main reason for flawless service), we could choose our seat, we didn't wait long to get food, every waiter was polite and with smile...there was even one waiter singing and amusing other guests. So, to sum up, we ate some good food and had some great experince and to all of you planning on visiting this place I can only say do not be discouraged by bad reviews and go there predjudicefree to try some pretty tasty food. Absolutely love this place and so does my little boy. Food is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. ( the one in central London)
Wow was great!! I had and vega burger and squid with garlic sauce feast that was, for all the corn bread just out of the oven and the flavors every bite was just heavenly..
I went yesterday with my kids and we loved it the burgers and fries were really nice would definitely recommend
Had the best meal
Staff where so nice.can not wait to go back.and a fab bloody mary x
The service was good. Really nice waiter. I didn't like the macaroni and the waiter took it off my bill even though I was willing to pay. So found that brilliant customer service. I had the hot dog with blackened sweet potatoe and macaroni cheese.
Hot dog was standard. Nice. Was pleased with it.
Sweet potatoes was nice. Very peculiar seasoning combination that I hadn't tried before. Quite tangy but I enjoyed it all the same. I just love sweet potatoes.
The coleslaw that came with the hotdog was ok
Again for me weird flavour combinations. Not what I'm used to but it was ok. It had a variety of vegetables in it which was nice but more tangy than I would have preferred.
Finally the Mac n cheese. I personally found it too creamy/milky. And since my stomach was sensitive I couldn't eat it otherwise I would have thrown up. If you love creamy food you will probably enjoy it. But I prefer my Mac n cheese with stronger cheese, less cream and more seasoning. Probably wouldn't order that dish again.
Atmosphere was lovely. I dined alone and felt completely comfortable. I liked the decor. Very much like a diner with a bit more funk/style. Seating was comfortable.
So overall I did enjoy myself. I may come back and try something else. Food wasn't amazing. But satisfying nonetheless. So if you want something easy going with a slightly different flavour choice then this restaurant is great.
But if you want really big flavours. Something to make you say wow. Then this place isn't for you.
P.s my bill came to 11.50 for the potatoes and hotdog to give you an idea on pricing (£4 = potatoe £7.50 = hotdog with coleslaw)
Jamie’s Italian is always a good option for a quick dinner. I was pleasantly surprised when we received complimentary drinks and deserts for my birthday. Food is a hit and miss sometimes but in my case more often a hit ;)
very nice, classic-style american diner in the heart of London with very friendly staff. I had one of the best Burgers ever and the blackened sweet potato was just awesome!
Fun little place by piccadilly for a nice American style meal. Absolutely amazing to have pulled pork with egg and salsa on it which I had never thought of before. Also in American tradition they bring you a free dessert and sing happy birthday to you on your birthday which is pretty rad!
This place was on our list to visit while we were in London with our dino obsessed 3 year old. He loved wandering through the diner and checking out the quirky dino themed art while we waited for the food. The meals were all good, and while it wasn't cheap, it was not crazy expensive either.

Staffs are friendly. Steaks are so-so. What I like the most is truffle dip here.
Really nice place to have dinner. Friendly staff and even more important great food.
Just like all the other Jamie's restaurants, good food for a surprisingly low price. Nice decor and a really good take on classic american dinerfood.
I LOVED the veggie burger! Deliciously presented too.
The food was great. Very flavorful. Everything had a nice fresh taste. I loved the ketchup. It tasted like fresh crushed tomatoes with great seasoning. I just kept eating the sweet potato fries until they were all gone! So good.
We turned up at closing time after going to see a show and even though it must have been irritating they still saw us to a table as if we had arrived early evening. The service was impeccable, classy and casual. We had a chicken basket and it was an amazing meal we would recommend to anyone. The soft drinks are all home made and delicious. Can't wait to visit again.

Don't know why there's quite a lot of bad ratings...
For us this restaurant was perfect! We had some crispy fish bit, BBQ, some fries, salad and juice. The food was awesome! So tasty, crispy and as it seemed, healthy... The interior of this restaurant is so interesting, but simple at the same time. The waitresses were so friendly, relaxed... I would go there next time with no doubt.
The chicken here is very juicy and tender, had it in the basket and in the Super food salad which was also good but better once we added some french dressing. The sweet potato fries were excellent. Even the rainbow slaw was quite fresh and nice, only the beef hot dog was a disappointment as the bun was hard, meat was boring and mustard and ketchup splashed all over it making it impossible to hold without making a mess only thing I'd never order again. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.
