Fast food chain which lives up to its expectations!! Very fast, efficient service and good food! Reasonable prices too. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Food was fun and worth the money, the manager helped explain the menu, service was quick.
However as the upstairs toilets were closed off everyone used the downstairs disabled toilet and it became a wet floored, foul smelling pit.
Sort it out!
Staff were polite, food was hot and quick. Of all the taco bells I've visited this one is the best. Totality different ball park to others that are normally below average, cold food, long wait and very tight on the filling in tacos.
Food was okay, but the size of burritos and quesadillas were smaller than we expected.
Nice food
Loved the crispy chicken burrito but next time I’ll ask them to put cheese in it as it was bit dry.
Fries were good but the cheese quesadilla wasn’t amazing.
Not super clean place but so are most fast food shops.
Staff are nice
Toilets are not too clean.
Would come again
After going to the states a couple of times, been meaning to try Taco Bell for ages. So was really pleased when they opened a branch in Hammersmith.
Lots of variety of box meals, burrito’s, Taco’s that you can customise.
I was after something a little lighter so went for the Beefy Meat Griller & Cheesy topped fries. That was £3.78 in total.
Quick service and the food was lovely!!! The beefy meat griller was lightly spiced and the tortilla was packed full of beef, rice and cheese sauce. The chips were very huge for the price and the cheese sauce & sour cream worked really well with the lightly spiced fries.
Came out so full, and really happy that I had a great meal 😀
Fast service and fresh food. Seating area could be cleaner, otherwise a good experience. #fries #quesadilla #Pepsi #nachos #taco #cheese-sauce #eat-in
Love taco bell whenever I visit the states so was happy to see they've opened more branches in the UK. The Hammersmith one has a good amount of seating, serves alcoholic drinks, has 2 screens to order from in addition to the counter, and disabled access from the street (although not sure they have disabled access toilets as the ones I went to were upstairs).
Staff were friendly but did forget a couple of things from our order and we had to ask for them. They didn't mind correcting the mistake though.
Only other thing I'd say is that it's worth ordering from the counter and not the screens because the screens don't have as many options on them.
Best Taco Bell in London. Easy to navigate touch screen menu or go to the counter and order. Lots of choices and customizations and add ons. Many soda options and food comes out quick. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FAST FOOD RESTAURANT.

Had a long wait before I could place an order, very slow service with only one till open. Staff seemed new and very slow, but were trying.
Food was good and arrived quickly once we managed to place an order.
Would get 5 stars if service was improved.
Tables were left dirty next to our table, Bins were overflowing and condiment area messy and dirty.
Management and staff needs to improve as it's a big let down to the food. It was also not busy when I went.
Went for the first time and loved it. Even more surprises they sell beer ( Sol) I went on Tuesday and that was taco Tuesday which meant u get beer/soft drink and taco for £2. I spent extra on dries which was about £1.39 . So a bargain lunch ! Taco was tasty as well , server was friendly but didn't get his name.
Been long awaited but finally here, queues are still long however it's worth the wait. The menu is clear with lots of choice at different price points. There options to customize boxes and wraps. The restaurant itself is small but good use of space. The staff clearly care and are friendly and helpful. The food us made to order so there is a little wait but well worth it. The simplest items on this menu are the nicest. Beef cheese melt exceptional nd worth every penny. The hard case chicken isn't as dry as I anticipated. The crunch tacos where okay but got soggy quickly. Overall well worth the visit.
Fast, clean, and reliable, as expected. Taste like I’m back in the US. Still looking for the bell though.
Tried it for the first time, extremely quick service (food arrived within maybe 1 or 2 minutes) also surprisingly very cheap (probably the lowest priced fast food chain in London) well worth checking out
