I’ve been here today for lunch; absolutely 10/10 for the service the guy at the order gave. He was one of the nicest person I’ve met in franchises shops, he took care of people like If it was his own little restaurant so you can’t feel the cold atmosphere you usually feel in franchises.
We heard him also talk to the staff in the kitchen; he was kind and gentle with them as well
Good portion of poke bowl. I had the teriyaki salmon one today and it was exactly what I needed. The man at the till was so kind and accommodating. Pretty lovely quick meal.
Really nice sushi!
Would recommend to order through the app, it’s quick and easy and the loyal points are very advantageous!
Ordered many time the happy sushi box, real bargain 😀
Placed a good to go order. Got a gourmet mix for £4.50. Blown away by the bargain and the exceptional quality of the food. Really good to stop food wastage. Excellent friendly service as well. You would have thought i paid full price.
Love that they're so many nice options, great prices as well and the sushi is made fresh, on top of that its excellent service, the box I wanted wasn't on the shelf and I asked how long it would take to make and got it in about 5mins, also when I went in store this evening they were playing Christmas music, that's always a plus and the staff seem super friendly. I sat down and had a nice late lunch in a comfortable clean environment and the sushi itself was fresh and extremely tasty. 10/10 recommend
I felt the delivery service was abit lacking in quality. I ordered 2 nigiri but they only delivered one nigiri piece. I also thought the quality of the delivery boxes could be improved. There was the occasional bit of dirt. However the quality of the sushi was excellent
The best sushi I have had so far in London! Salmon that melts in your mouth, super fresh! Absolutely adore this place and I always get it on deliveroo. Haven’t tasted anything like it yet, well done guys!
Last week I wanted try their European style sushi but what they had were all basic sushi sets. I never mind as I love sushi, I had 10 salmon nigiri set and a spicy miso soup.
Salmon nigiri sushi was ok, as the rice balls were not too hard like the ones sold in supermarkets. I was amused with the thinly sliced cabbage salad as we never seen it accompanied with sushi in Japan, but the salad itself was tasted nice.
I liked the spicy red miso soup with sansho mustard?, the traditional red miso soup in Japan if it is, but unfortunately it had been evaporated a little too much under the warmer if it is not made too thick when they made, so the taste was so thick when I drunk. Overall, I rated with 4 stars, as it is doing business very efficiently as I imagined it could have been done in other sushi restaurants, too.
For example, they have little packets of gari ginger, wasabi, soy sauce, to be bagged by customers with chopsticks and napkins.
The food available is all in the refrigerator and there are no urgent shop orders to be interrupted in the middle of planned production at the back of the shop(at least at the shop ther is no sign of recommending takeaway orders), there may be orders taken when customers ask and off course other delivery orders etc are taken into account.
Another thing all food businesses should direct customers to educate is that they have cheaper prices for less busy times such as 3-5pm.
I remembered that sometimes groups of customers come to dine in the middle of already extremely busy time and they say they have only 1 hour, then they effectively get the loooong order queue skipped to the first. So what happen is the honest customers end of queue will complain. Aghhhh,
I just remembered the problem during the lockdown last autumn in the restaurant I work for :
Only 7-9pm most of customers via delivery takeaways, restaurant customers and restaurant takeaways come all at once and customers complained due to delayed servings, despite the fact that there had never been almost zero profit delivery takeaway orders before the pandemic.
Customers should consider the situation due to the challenges operating at minimum cost in such difficult circumstances for most of hospitality businesses since last year, it is wise to change thei8r eating or meeting routine a little to less busy times - 3 pm, 9 pm, etc. and it will make huge help for most of food businesses to utilise resources better, reducing unpleasant complaints and avoid degraded services to customers due to excessive demands during typical meal times.
I hope customers will come back with smart enough brains when restaurants cafes pubs are allowed to open inside again next month.
Good to grab a quick bite - have only had the sushi and it's always been prepared by the chefs after the order is placed so its very fresh.
It is a bit pricey; but worth it for the quality of food received.
Always order from here whenever the Mrs and I feel like having some good sushi. It's a bit on the pricier side but it's always been a treat. Not had an issue so far.
The best sushi ever.. Especially thank you to Rita always very helpful and smiling all the time. Thank you very much Rita you always make our visit delightful
We had a box of sushi that was fresh and tasty. The price was also decent for the quality. The summer menu looked interesting and we might go back to try something from it.
