Damn good food. The falafel, pita, hummus, and lavash are all excellent. Went here with my family that is vegetarian and there were several options for us. A bit pricey but the food and service were defo worth the extra few quid.
Good place and good food. We just said that serve to 6 of us and then the staff took care of ordering and serving dishes. We all enjoyed and will recommend others staying in the same area.
Service, food and atmosphere is what keeps us coming back every time we come to London... simply the most sumptuous and delicious food in this whole wonderful city! Try the chickpeas with olive oil and garlic and the chicken in a thin wrap.... mouthwatering ! Oh and the fruit platter after your meal 😍😍😍
Consistently one of the best Lebanese food anywhere in the world. Came here after many years, and it was exactly as I had remembered. Just good, flavourful dishes, no nonsense cuisine. The rustic presentation allows you to focus on flavor, and that's how it should be.
I went here with the expectation of getting some great Lebanese food, and this place didn't disappoint. The food was great and had some amazing flavors to it. It was also affordable alongside. There were some great choices in vegetarian as well! Although the service was a bit slow and unimpressive, the rest of it was enjoyable!
I have been to this place for different occasion fin the past 15 years. The food has always been delicious and authentic. The staff is very friendly and the service is always good. I would recommend you all to try their coffee and baklava. It is really great. The prices are also very reasonable.
I really adore this place. So much so that I never miss visiting it when I am in this side of the town.
This place always comes out as a true victor as it never fails to disappoint me. The attentive staff is very cordial as well and serves you quickly with your fresh salads and authetic tasting hummus.
I definitely recommend this place!
There is a minimum order system here. We reached early and did not want to order much, and the manager had no problem in letting us do so. This was very hospitable on the part of the manager. Ordered a great appetizer of various cooked chopped nuts, which were all new to me, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Also ordered the mixed grill and really liked the chicken. The restaurant is a bit expensive though.
Reading the previous reviews i am quite shocked how people have not liked this place. My experience here has always been fantastic. I have also witnessed many famous personalities dining out here. My partner is from Lebanon, so i know quite a lot about Lebanese food. And trust me, this place serves some mouth watering Lebanese food in an opulent ambiance.
A quick glance from outside and you know this place is different. Being a regular visitor I felt it was about time i reviewed this place. The location of this place is perfect near a super market because of which they always seem busy. If you are a die hard fan of Lebanese cuisine, you must must visit this place at least once.
This place serves to provide a very authentic Lebanese setting and meal. In the beginning, we were served a huge plate of vegetables as cleansers. For the main course, I ordered the mix grill which came with minced lamb, chicken and lamb kebabs. I also ordered hummus and babaganouj, both of which were delicious. The attention to detail is also a nice touch- the servers regularly came around with fresh hot pita bread. The only tiny criticism that I would make is that the wait-staff could be considered to be a little pushy and unfriendly. Otherwise, the place serves great food to relish.
The atmosphere is classy at this restaurant.
The decor is modern and chic.
The food is simply splendid.
The staff is well trained and competent.
The prices are not over the top and the portions are adequate.
This place has to be one of my favorites and I shall keep visiting again.
I ate here on a recent trip to UK, and I must say that the food was absolutely divine! Everything we ordered was full of bags of flavor and left us wanting for more. The service was decent, although the bill took a while to arrive. The interior is cozy with lots of plants that make it look very pretty.
It was 10:30 pm and my partner and I were looking for a good place to eat. This place was open and we were seated right away. I was very excited to try Mediterrian cuisine as my partner had never had it before. The waiter was incredibly attentive and honest, which was crucial because it gave me a wonderful dining experience. I decided to order a vegetarian item for me and the quail for my partner which we really liked. Overall, it's in a good section of London for restaurants, and although pricier, it gave a great and memorable dinner.
This is a long-standing restaurant in this locality, and the last time I visited it, I found it to be completely full. They have a very nice and large menu, which is very comprehensive, and the Lebanese fair is one to admire. The dishes we ordered were fairly standard and basic, and we enjoyed the meal.
This place has been here for ages and still they manage to grab the attention of the people.
You can't expect anything fancy but if you are looking for authentic food then this place is surely for you.
Quality is good and the quantity is also solid.
This place is pretty packed up because of the fact that it is very old.
Went there on my birthday night as i wanted to treat myself with good lebanese food.
The vegetarian choices were excellent. Great selection and flavors, and everything cooked well. Impressive Lebanese wine as well.
Basic interior but the service is sloppy.
A bit expensive but a must try if you are searching for authentic lebanese dishes.
We had a truly great evening. I enjoyed one of the best meals I’ve ever had in London. We went last night, and I want to go there again tonight! Taste is great especially I still feel the taste of Kafta Dajaj (no:65). The only think it is packed, therefore in some point it makes you feel “school canteen”.

Need to book but well worth the visit.
Too much food and delicious.
Excellent Middle Eastern delicious food in here!
The service was superb but the price is on the steep side more than what it should be for similar food in London. 🇬🇧
Enjoyed mixed grill, which we will recommend, and hummus with salad. Everything starts with raw vegetables & ends with nice cup of red tea.
Just be aware, outside they serve shisha (hubbly bubbly) 🚬
Overall, it was a pleasant experience & Will probably go again but I hope the prices will be less than what it is now 💸
Enjoy your meal 🥘
My family and I have been coming to this restaurant since years. The food is always authentically delicious and fresh. The staff is extremely friendly. It is also presented nicely and is served quickly. The atmosphere is cosy and the music is great.
We had a party of eight and walked in without reservations. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Our waiter was great and recommended the family style 8? Or 9 course dinner. It was fabulous. Highly recommend. In a great cozy part of Mayfair as well.
I encountered this restaurant at first by chance. But it's a nice Lebanese restaurant centrally located in London. Food was delicious, they have a lot of cold and hot mezze to choose from. And the grills were tasty too. I love the idea that they gave a bunch of cut vegetables on the table like carrots and radish, exactly like how people have their meal in Lebanon.
Service was quick and prompt. The manager Nawar was very kind, came to talk to us a few times, making us feel welcomed.
For the seating, best thing is they have both indoors and outoors. If weather permits, it's nice to sit outside too.
The food was incredibly delicious, and very tasty. I’m only giving 4* as the interior needs a refresh and there’s little ambience. Service was solid. We had various hot and cold dishes for lunch, prices are the same as many Edgware Rd Lebanese places, so for somewhere more central definitely recommend a visit.
I went to 2 times this restaurant. We booked outside table and weather was perfect. Nice atmosphere and Delicious Middle East and Mediterranean foods
The presentation of dishes is great and different than any other Lebanese Restaurants way of presenting dishes. The great is excellent. It is a bit pricy compared to other similar Restaurants but location and quality of food and service would justify it. It is a good place if you want to go out with Family and Friends while in Mayfair area.
The place and the service are good, the food is delicious, the prices are high, a good experience 👍
Don't miss this place- FANTASTIC food, and exquisite service. We live in an area with the largest Middle eastern population in the US, so we are accustomed to authentic Lebanese food- but this place is beyond anything else we've tried. The grilled sea bass was big enough to share; we scooped up the creamy hummus and baba ghanouj with steaming hot bread- and the rice pudding is made with rose water and pistachios. We loved the food and the amazing staff- Ahmed is a handsome pro--so much that we booked another table two nights later. We will dine here every time we're in London.
The best place for Lebanese food in London. The freshest food you will get, great service, extensive menu and very tasty dishes. Can't wait to come back
Beautiful leisurely lunch. We were not rushed and had attentive waiters. The food was tasty, came to the table fast . Good value for money. I will return
WOW! This place was UNBELIEVABLE!! The food was out of this world delicious. So much flavor and beautiful spices. The service was insanely attentive and fantastic too. Nawar waited on us and was an excellent host. Highly recommend it.
We had a great experience at Al Hamra Restaurant. Immediately on the tables they leave a bowl of vegetables and a bowl of assorted olives. We bought a dip (obviously) for our vegetables. They have a large assortment of hot and cold appetizers. For our meals we ordered the the Labneh appetizer, Tabouleh, French Bean and Tomato and the Farrujj Moussahab (baby chicken). All of the food tasted great, but the chicken was cooked perfectly. It came with 2 dipping sauces, but it didn’t even need them. At the end the waitress gave us a complementary pudding. We had a great experience, and we would definitely come again.
Very authentic Lebanese food. A great experience
Lovely food but expensive for what you get I think. Good service but not remarkable. Helpful to my disabled mother in law, so thank you for that. Glad I went, enjoyed the meal but won’t be rushing back.
Got the grilled baby chicken. It was cooked and seasoned correctly. It was great. We will go again! My wife and I had a great time.
