I want to dedicate this review to Renee - she was the most charismatic, bubbly and responsive person working whilst we were waiting for our food. She out shined every member of staff in store on the day that we visited. Thank you, Renee, for making my experience so enjoyable.

This restaurant is located at Good place and providing very amazing service and very fabulous food i prefer to all go this restaurant and enjoy delicious food....

I'm really impressed with the friendliness of the staff at the McDonald's on Putney High Street. Every visit is met with a warm welcome and efficient service. It's a refreshing experience to be served by such a cheerful and helpful team. Kudos to them for making each visit enjoyable!

I would normally never review a McDonald’s because it’s usually all the same boring dry, same old same old!! but I feel I have to tell ppl & give five stars to this 1. As we entered, we were greeted by Desmond, who proceeded to show us available seats. When using the self-service screen it was not responsive, before we even said anything Desmond was there immediately to help, he even bought the food over to us and asked if we required any condiments. it started to feel like a 5 star restaurant, even the burger tasted better 😂. The restaurant was very clean, even the toilets were spotless. We Sat there eating & watching Desmond, who was wiping the tables, cleaning the floors, taking customers orders over to tables & giving every customer the same outstanding treatment. I’m not really sure what job title he has but Desmond should be training all McDonald’s staff customer service skills.

The children I look after get a treat at McDonald's now & again. I like it when the food is hot & fresh..which it was. Very helpful staff...the only thing I would wish for is that they would take away the children's computers not good whilst they are eating!

I visit the McDonald's on Putney High St on a regular basis-this site is a very busy place+I imagine they have a high customer footfall on a weekly basis!😄--if you time it right you can generally always get a seat as there is an additional seating area upstairs-the team working here are very efficient+you can see that the Management team have everything under control which is reassuring!-what I like about McDonald's is that there is always new additions to the menu so there is always something new to try!-i also appreciate it when the staff call out your number for your food order+that is then followed by a"please!"-i completely get that McDonald's is fast-,paced but that small politeness goes a long way+this particular branch are very good at this👍-i have to give a special mention to your Customer Host Joseph-he mostly works in the evenings+he is always a welcoming presence on the floor-he is always available for the time that McDonald's offer their table service+then present on the floor after that time-i appreciate his genuine+kind customer service so thankyou to Joseph+to the team@Mcdonalds Putney!⭐💛😄👍⭐

This putney branch is quite good, clean, tidy, and friendly staff. The ordering tutch screen did not provide me with a receipt as it ran out of paper. I would suggest refilling it more frequently.

Got to speak to the manager himself whilst eating and he was very friendly and discussed about the competition on the highstreet - the quality is in line with other McDonalds and if you order slighlty before online, you will get it served almost immediately however the ice cream machine is broken half the time so I cannot award 5 stars.

My five stars go straight to DESMOND! Honestly, I went yesterday with my girl friend for a quick lunch and I never ever saw someone so genuinely happy and polite as this guy. He was just cleaning the floor next to our table and he greet with a large smile and positive talk. I’m sure that if someone deserve an increase for the fab costumer service is this guy. I want be his friend now Desmond, I don’t know if you’re the manager but you should be! 🥹🥹🥹

I think everyone loves McDonald's from kids to adults. I love how they have vegetarian options and fruit sides. Another thing that I liked about them was the calorie information labels per food which was good for people watching their calorie intake (like me) and wants to have their cheat day.

The man at the till (I believe Kaveen was his name) was very friendly and helpful during my experience. He provided wonderful service when my order was mistaken and made sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving the Mcdonalds. The fries were of excellent quality in particular

Awful experience, after inputting my code to get a discount on the touch screen machine I was made to wait 15 minutes for my meal (much longer than usual), once they called out my number I was told I have to show a paper voucher otherwise I will have to pay the difference or recieve a refund. I asked the lady who was serving me 'why?" Every other McDonald's that I have been to (Knightsbridge, oxford street, Earl's court etc etc) do not operate this policy. She told me it is because they are losing too much money. I said fine, you have already kept me waiting a lot longer than I usually wait I will pay the difference. <br/><br/>Then she told me she has to get the shift manager to do so, I told her I have been waiting long enough as it is, you have been blatantly rude in your disregard for my patience and now you're telling me I have to wait to pay the difference. That was the straw that broke the camels back for me, I told her to forget the difference and refund me my money. When the shift manager came out after another two minute wait, she told me I had to wait until I get my refund, I told her I don't care just hurry up and process it so I can get out of here before I really lose my cool. She then got snarky and told me 'tough you have to wait" I replied with 'BS, this whole set up is a joke I work with tills and I know processing a refund is not that hard, now hurry up". After some grunting on her side and more attitude under her breath she finally processed the refund. I then blitzed out of there and went to Subway before meeting my friends later for a fifa session.<br/><br/>I will never ever go back to this McDonald's ever again. The irony is they ended up losing money anyways as all the items I chose has certain edits over them. For what my order was,<br/><br/>Big mac (no pickles) with a drink (coke) using the voucher code to get it for £1.99<br/><br/>Wrap of the day bacon and chicken (no tomotoes) £1.99<br/><br/>Cheeseburger (no pickles) £0.89<br/><br/>Chicken snack wrap (no cheese) £1.49<br/><br/>That is my usual order every time out, so for the sake of saving just over £2 on the big mac meal they ended up losing £4, a ton of wasted food and a customer for life. <br/><br/>Well done Mcdonalds Putney. You delivered an awful customer experience with an exceptionally awful level of customer service to boot as well. I rarely if ever feel the need to comment on these things as I understand how hard hospitality can be and really don't have it in my heart to try and be petit over such trivial things. But the experience was so unbelievably bad I have no choice.

Bad food, cheap management, no door staff, noise and littering nuisances. The go to place for drunks and bums. Leaves the high street and the nearby passage in a disgusting state. DO NOT GO!
