Long waiting time for a food. Finally we got it cold. Enchilada and burrito was full of rice and it was hard to find a meet. Staff was busy but it was just not enough of them. 100% management fault. Won’t be back here. Sad but I don’t leave low scored review often.

Probably the worst ever Chiquito or even restaurant visited. Non existent customer service, poor quality food and they were only about a third full in terms of customers. Long wait more than 45mins for food which when it arrived was so bad it was pathetic. Avoid at all costs - you have been warned.!

Badly managed restaurant. We waited to be seated, waited for the order to be taken, waited to get drinks, waited for our food, the order was slightly wrong. Overall it was just really frustrating as there really weren’t many customers there at the time. Didn’t feel welcome nor looked after at all. C
