Love this pub, very dog friendly too and lovely staff. Food is very good and reasonable prices, with a selection of ales available. Would definitely recommend a visit. Update: been back many times since this was first written 2 years ago, the food just seems to get better and better if that's possi
Main meal was fantastic. Highly recommended. However, when we couldn't eat the apple dessert, because it was flavourless, the waitress was Clearly annoyed by this, and could only keep telling us that a customer nearby had enjoyed theirs.
