1. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed or overwhelmed during our visit. The waitresses appeared to be rushing around and struggled to keep up with the demands of the customers. It definitely affected the overall ambiance and service quality.
2. Another issue was that despite asking for water, we never received any for the table. It was quite puzzling as to why this simple request was overlooked. It left us feeling neglected and having to rely on our other beverages throughout the meal.
3. One major drawback of my experience at Zizzi was that they brought out our starters before our drinks. It was quite frustrating not to have our drinks in hand while we were eagerly waiting for our meal. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing.
4. On a positive note, the prices at Zizzi were reasonable, especially considering it was just a quick meal after a shopping trip. The food itself was decent, but nothing particularly exceptional or memorable. It seemed like a reliable option for a casual dining experience.
A nice oasis in the Westfield London shopping centre. We enjoy the food, the service was quick and polite. Important so we could go back to our shopping 🛍️.
Special hello and thanks to our friendly and patient waiter who was superb with the kids. The food was not too bad. Especially the bolognese tasted better than it looked on the picture. :)
Eran was extremely pleasant and served me and my family very well. We came in a group of 7 to celebrate a relatives' birthday, and we received an exceptional service by him.
The restaurants atmosphere is very relaxed and outgoing, and I would definitely recommend bringing your friends and family over for a pleasant gathering!
The dishes were delicious, from the tasty crispy snacks from the excellent sundaes (with a king prawn linguini in between).

Came for lunch on a Friday at 12. Had lovely food and some good drinks too, zizzi always has a great menu. Service was quite slow despite the restaurant being relatively quiet, it may just have been a one off...
Otherwise nice spot, consistent quality food.
Zizzi's is always a great choice. I consider myself a fussy eater but always have many options to choose from.
The service is wonderful and the food isn't any different.
I'd recommend the Ravioli Di Capra as a vegan option, and the Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie for dessert (not sure if it's vegan or not).

wow, I can definitely say that Zizzi has changed a lot and that is definitely for the better!! Food always fantastic, you should be in love with the menu! Lovely drinks, love the idea of 1-litre wine 🤣 The only thing is the service that got me off.. I would suggest for the brunch to have people that actually want to work there and like customer service, as I've been in other brunches and the service is so much better and yet, overall I'm returning!
Exceptional customer service, our server did a great job ( unfortunately didn’t catch his name), tasty food - I had the salmon risotto which was delicious. First time dining in here and surely not the last.
A spontaneous decision to have dinner at Zizzi and this was my first visit in years.
You can't miss this restaurant as it's located next to the entrance. The inside is spacious and also offered outdoor seating as well, but limited capacity. the staff was friendly and very professional the food was good and tasty.
I was cheeky enough to ask if they had four-cheese pizzas, unfortunately, they only have whatever was on the menu.
The pizza I got was good but don't think it's worth that money, except for that, amazing starter of shrimps and calamari and our two main.
Next to our table were two girls. When it was time to pay one of the girls was being difficult and extremely rude, rather than admitting it was her fault she took out her anger on the staff.
The staff was professional and handled the whole issue brilliantly. Kudos to her.
Great food - fantastic Christmas menu at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff - attentive and welcoming. Good location to meet. Would definitely visit again.
