This was an okay place. The seating was nice and the staff were cordial. I was given a voucher for my birthday for a rocky road which I appreciated. There is a nice vibe here.

Whenever I’m passing London, I always end up here. The service is okay, but the hot beverages is what I come for most ~ their hot chocolate is one of the best.. and their panini options for veggies are always limited here but its still worth getting something here for on the go. :)

Depends which Costa u go to, but in general, they make good hot beverages. I prefer the ones where u get to sit down and order a drink properly. Costa has the whole serving a drink thing on lockdown.

I don't usually write reviews, but was at costa coffee a few weeks ago and wasn't very well.The staff where really nice,they had to phone an ambulance, i am fine now but would like to say thank you to the staff for there assistance.

Staff were a bit moody and my coffee was very strong compared to when I’ve had it other places. Lovely setting to sit and do some work or just to chat and have a break from work. Little bit pricey for a drink though

Great stuff, always very friendly, smiling, and welcoming. especially Magda, Barbora, Ellie, Kiril, (not sure about the other names). Good to work with a laptop dowstairs. Good location next to Baker st tube station.

Domenico is the Manager, Antonio a super barista and also the rest of the team. They not just make a great coffee but they've built an amazing atmosphere that I enjoy everyday. If you are in Baker Street, don't go elsewhere to have a coffee chat, THIS is the place.
