Authentic Vietnamese cuisine! The best option if opting for Asian cuisine. Recommended for Vietnamese food lovers. Food really taste good.
I have eaten here several times and each time the experience has been absolutely great. I love the spicy chicken broth and the mushroom broth also the Vietnamese curry with broken rice.
Haven't really tried out much of Vietnamese cuisine, but boy, did I chose the right one when I finally decided to!
The Pho Chin (beef noodle soup) at the Pho branch at Westfield Mall in Shepherds Bush, London is probably THE BEST noodle soup I have had. The flavour was very 'brothy' and rich. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a craving for a noodle soup on a cold winter day.
Rating: 5/5.

Yummy yummy Vietnamese food! Delightfully fresh and fragrant with no guilt attached! I love a little spicy and they do it just right! Lemongrass Chicken Is my favourite dish however all of the soups are awesome!
Amazing and delicious Pho. Warms your stomach and your soul. Perfectly seasoned and with very fresh ingredients.
A must have if you are looking for excellence.
This was my first time experiencing the food and it was really great, the atmosphere was great, staff was friendly and worth the visit highly recommend
As a huge fan of Vietnamese Cuisine I was very impressed with the Pho that I had. After having lots of deep fried food in Edinburgh I was after a really good soup and this place delivered. Great selection of food and great portion size. Definitely recommend this place for the wandering traveller who ends up in the Shepherds Bush area. 5⭐️
Simply pH(o)antastic 😀 love the food at Pho! Their papaya salad is the only form of papaya I eat! Mind blowing. Their home made ice tea is fab too. The king of their kitchen is their broken rice chicken curry!
The summer rolls were awesome, I have never tried this combination of having veggies chicken and noodles in a thin layer of rice. However the dip served with it somewhere did not match the flavour. Also lemongrass chicken was quite okay... the noodles were not as thin as expected but the spring roll served with it was awesome.
Overall, quite average.
I was dreading the fact that my friends chose this place over all my other options.. But I was so happy and satisfied with my meal that I had to pick my phone up and type out this review! £12 average cost for a very well presented and cooked meal!
I got a "Pho Xao Thit Ga" (£7.75) which are flat wok-fried noodles with peanuts, bean sprouts and greens, and pretty fierce chilli for England's standards. My noodles were meant to contain chicken and shrimp, but somehow they got lots of chicken into my noodles and no shrimp at all. Heck, I was hungry and didn't bother to request a change. (edit: There's an extra "Tom" suffix after the name of the dish if I wanted mine with prawns, which my sister probably missed out when ordering. Okay.)
The noodles were very tasty, and the ingredients were generous. The spiciness level was definitely above that of the average apprehensive-when-it-comes-to-spicy-Asian-food English person, but it was manageable for myself - my spiciness-tolerance-level isn't that high either.
My sister got the famed beef noodles. (edit: there are about 8 types of beef noodles on the menu and I don't know which one she got) I have no idea why the dish is the star of the menu, it really was nothing much. The beef balls were pretty good, but the soup was average. Maybe it's because I've had better ones from Southeast Asia itself, and that the dish is a rare treat in this part of the world?
The food court is a lovely place to sit in, and there's free wi-fi too.
I've never had much Vietnamese food anyway, but I'm going to start paying more attention to it. The contrasts of flavours in Vietnamese cuisine is slightly sharper than, although similar to, Thai food, which is quite delightful to the taste buds.
Had a very pleasant experience, overall restaurant looks great and has open kitchen so you can actually see you food being prepared.
Menu is vast and there are options for vegetarians. Overall dishes are appealing and have a good representation of Vietnamese street food.
I’ve tried multiple dishes and was pleased with them. Flavoursome and refreshing, what stuck with me the most is that food is made freshly for you and definitely is a healthier option compared to other restaurants around.
Thank you for delicious and filling food!
Special thanks to the team as they were all very caring and served me with a great smile!
This Pho is in the food court with plenty of options to choose from. I ordered king prawns vermicelli £12.50 and the portion was generous. It was full of green vegetables. The taste was nice.
I was happy enough with the quality of the food.
My wife was into Vietnamese food today and so we ordered the pho with beef brisket. She loved this dish. I tried it too and it's really addictive.
Great food, I really enjoyed the flavours from my dishes. Chicken wings cooked perfect 🥰 the Pho house was a broth taken from the bubbling massive ornamental pots. Think he said they are cooking for 24 hours or so. That was the base that the rest of the ingredients were added to.
My sister and niece loved their food, too! They are both vegetarians and had loads of choices.
The waiter and staff were really friendly and helpful with my questions about the different food. Top place!
The spicy vegetarian/tofu pho was so delicious with the right amount of spices. The lady at the till kindly explain me the details about the food. I’ll definitely going to be back!
Pho at Westfield Shepherds Bush is my all time favourite to dine in. Their Pho tofu & mushroom soup is amazing and one that I always order. It’s refreshing, light and full of flavour. Their noodles are also gluten free and so yummy. As a vegan/vegetarian you’ll find many options on the menu. Seating arrangement in the area is first come, but there are many seating areas including couches so you’ll always find space.
Food is amazing, service was good (friendly and supportive). Its a bit noisy but that comes with a foodcourt.
Food was good. But it wasn't amazing. Pretty bland in flavour, maybe for that particular noodle dish. I think it was maybe my choice... I was really hungry and ate it regardless. But the service was very good. They got my order wrong and they rectified straight away without any fuss which was nice to get that service. Overall it was good.
Amazing food! Me and my fried had a bowl of Pho Combo and 3 Meat Combo Rice bowl with some squid and pork spring rolls as well as Iced coffee and Spicy lemonade! Really quick and nice food! Definitely recommend!!!
Visiting and it smelled so good. We got the chicken curry with rice and it was delicious. Potion could have been a little larger for the rice but still yummy. Didn't get a chance to try the Poh but based on the curry it probably was delicious as well. Definitely recommend trying them!
First time trying Pho. It was absolutely delicious 😍 I can't believe I didn't know that before. I never thought they had vegan options. I highly recommend it! 💥 I had the Curry Classic Tofu 🍚 (No 42) and a fresh Pineapple, Apple and Mint juice 🍹 The service was fast and within 10 minutes I had my food. 🔝🥰
I had wok fried noodles with beef which was surprisingly delicious! Very flavoursome and loved every bit of it. Wish the portion had been bigger but can't ask for that. Best order a side dish as well if you are hungry. The shop was busy around 5:30pm but my order came fast in 5 minutes so the service was also good.
We ordered the Chargrill Chicken Rice Bowl which was delicious. I'd recommend ordering the rice rather than their pho.
Food was great and refreshing. Was reasonably priced. Long ques over the weekend. Difficult to find a place to sit as it’s busy. Service was quick. Beetroot drink with ginger always recommended 👌🏽
My first Pho and I was pleasantly surprised.
I had the seafood spring roll and then the Bun Chicken. Both were delicious.
I made a right mess, using the chopsticks, but it was worth it.
Very impressed.
