First time I visited a Greggs after the announcement of the Vegan Sausage Roll, which I wanted to try. I have to say, it was surprisingly good and along with a portion of potato wedges made a great lunch at reasonable price.
This branch of Greggs has several seats and you can sit in I think without having to pay extra. The service here was really nice and friendly. When I ordered the Vegan Sausage Roll it was still being cooked in the oven. When the roll was ready, the staff even brought it over to where I was sitting.
The staff in Greggs Cheapside are really lovely and have excellent customer service. They are very quick aswell bearing in mind that sometimes there is a long que at lunch and breakfast time but they make sure every customer leaves satisfied😊
Alright disagree and bacon baguette and coffee for an alright price. Would have loved an egg in it though!
I had my first sausage roll at Gregg’s. Hot, fresh, flaky, and flavorful. Very affordable and delicious. Will definitely come back here. It is a must!
A well managed fast food chain. Food and beverage ok. Staff polite and pleasant. But , just like most high street food chain stores, character is not clear. I don't mean the brand and the SOP

Can't beat Greggs for a hot sausage roll or tasty pasty. Yummm!
Staff are hard workers there, caught one of them even dancing near a fridge till she got embarrassed and stopped but hey I like happy people, I'm not complaining.
Not much they can do for the queue as they're in a busy location so don't know why people are complaining about that? However I wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry but the queue does go fairy steady.
Company Greggs need to consider this store a bit more help in how they would handle things but good otherwise.

Great Greggs store! Staff members were really helpful and kind and considerate towards each other and customers. They were cheerful and happy! However, I believe the store is understaffed as it gets extremely busy at lunch time and the queue doesn't move at all. I waited 18 minutes just to pay for a Sandwich and to order a Americano! Store is immaculate and well presented with a great variety of products to choose from. However, stock levels are good but need to be improved. A few more Tuna Crunch baguettes on the fridge shelves would be good as I wanted that but had to get the 2nd to last Tuna Sandwich on the fridge shelf! It was only 12.45pm by the way so it wasn't even the peak of lunchtime rush! It is a good Greggs but they are understaffed (2 more team members Monday-Friday would be great) and stock levels are good but need to be improved. Only reasons it gets a 5 star from me is mainly due to me being a loyal customer as I love Greggs food and company as a whole (particularly the cheese and onion pasty) and the staff were amazing! Please take my ideas into consideration!

Quick and fast nice cooked though foods many ranges of Gregg's products in store to choose from. I love a Gregg's myself so of you do then this is a good one clean fresh and friendly.

Good selection of pastry’s and sandwiches, does the job for lunch when you don’t want anything too heavy
It’s a Greggs, prices have gone up but still well worth it especially for London prices
