The Roast Hog's sandwiches are the best sandwiches I have ever eaten, and I consider myself to be a pretty expert sandwich eater.

Had their sandwich at the Borough Market today. A meal by itself. The pork was moist, flavorful and succulent. The cracklings added to the top and the applesauce completed the package. I don't think I've ever had better pork.

Absolutely stunning meal! The ambience, food, drinks and service was excellent. The Big Ben cocktail looked amazing and tasted great. Their chateaubriand was superb - the best I’ve had in my life! Their beef wellington and roast beef is also a must try. We ended the meal with a lovely sticky toffee pudding mousse which so delicious and wasn’t too heavy.

Beautiful looking restaurant at a great location. All the staff were super friendly and super helpful. The food was good but not worth the high price. You can find better beef Wellington at a lower price than this place. Overall, the place felt very pricey, but the food does not live up to the price. Great place for one time visit.

I was invited to a lunch here and what a surprise. One of those places you'd never know existed - unless you knew! Had the roast beef and it was delightful. The roast potatoes were amazing and I also got try snaffle one of my colleague's chips which were equally great.

This place is amazing! Came here for the first time and loved the ambience. Very relaxing. The staff were nice and vibrant and made us feel so welcome. The food? Top notch and some new flavours tasted… had the scallops and oysters to start. Lush. For the mains was the beef wellington. I’ve seen some reviews about price etc and expense…. There are cheaper mains but at the end of the day you get what you pay for… a super tasty cut of tender beef cooked by a fine team of chefs… if you are unhappy about the price… choose something else or eat elsewhere!!! Don’t give a bad review for your own preferences… Rice pudding was GF/Vegan friendly which is a bonus and tasted LUSH. Love this place and will be back again. Credit to the team on making this a really nice experience!

We went for a wonderful dinner here at Roast. I actually had the Sunday roast which I wouldn't order again, not because it wasn't good but because my mom makes it much better. My sister got the pork belly which was outstanding, best ever!! It had great English style crackling, oh yumm. The dessert I had was sticky toffee pudding. It was sublime! Literally felt my eyes roll back in my head. OMG! This place is wonderfully located next to the Borough Market. So have fun after our before you go.

Came for breakfast, this Saturday. A lovely break from the chaos of Borough Market. It was great, a good amount of choice but not overwhelming. The service was friendly and food tasty. We had Eggs Benedict (the eggs were such good quality - literally were orange) and tried the potato tatties which were great. And the breakfast martini was lovely. Will definitely come back.

My family and I came for the afternoon tea and loved the experience. The teas were flavorful and each bite of the selection of finger foods carried a new and delicious experience. The chicken curry finger sandwiches and lemon meringue tart were especially liked. Our table overlooked the bustling market below, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

We had a nice Sunday lunch, however we were not really impressed. We had the sourdough bread as a starter, which was not fresh at all - it was actually pretty hard and also was served cold, which was disappointing. The beef wellington was nice, but again not amazing. The beef could use more searing, and the components were pretty loose, not sticking properly together. I really enjoyed the classic beef Sunday roast dish, I would recommend that dish to anyone. The décor felt a bit outdated. Friendly staff. Also at great location to then wander around Borough market and London bridge. We paid £115 for bread, two main dishes and two wine glasses (12.5% service charge is included when they bring you the receipt). Book in advance, especially if you want to visit on a Sunday.

Went on Father's Day, food was delicious. One server was miserable but Jimmy was amazing. She was so full of energy and really made our day :)

Come here for lunch last weekend and it is in a fantastic position overlooking Borough Market. Cocktails to start with were divine and the starters were amazing. I had the roast beef and it was good but a little chewy which was very disappointing. But I can't fault anything else. Yes it is expensive but it is a lovely place to visit

We did a Halloween themed afternoon tea here, and it was fantastic! Ambience was great, and price is fair. It's a good way to get out of the craziness that is Borough Market.

This place is cozy, very nice, elegant but casual, too. The service very good, the food delicious, big portions. My meat was tender and cooked as I wished, the yorkshire pudding was warm and soft, I liked it a lot, and it came with a lot of veggie, that for me is a plus.
