Have been coming here consistently for a few years way before the refurbish when they used to be called Cafe Ora but hadn't been back in a while. Visited today under the name of Ora Lounge and I am so proud of how far they've come! It looks amazing, really in line with how lounges look these days and plenty of snappable corners.
For pipes, they use Alpha hookah bases and a Quasar head so you imagine how smooth the smoke was. I asked the staff for a popular mix and he made us a blueberry, dark grape, pineapple and menthol mix. I don't normally smoke so many different flavours in one go but I was blown away. The flavour smoked well for the two hours we were there and they were happy to flip and fix the flavour after about an hour to boost it. The shisha cost Β£25 which is what to expect normally for the area. They offer Al Fakher, Starbuzz and Savacco flavours so you'll find something you like π
For food, I had the chicken caesar salad. It wasn't your usual chicken caesar where you would expect croutons and cheese and caesar salad dressing. It had more of a middle Eastern vibe with rocket and spinach, cucumber, pickle, cherry tomatoes and chicken with a sweet dressing. Still cleaned the plate! Bit on the pricey side for a salad but the portion made up for it.
The atmosphere was great and makes for a lovely chilled evening. It was quiet when I got there on a weekday after work, people slowly arriving in groups. The staff were really attentive and so sweet! The decor is clean, neutral and aesthetic.
Would definitely come back π

I've become a regular here recently, Ora is a really nice lounge with friendly staff that are on the ball.
Sometimes the security do body and bag searches on the door, which felt very unesssary on my first visit but now feels really reassuring now !
The food is really good here and the portions are generous ! The value for money is great compared to other shisha lounges of this standard. I got the three steaks that comes with a gorge salad and 3 different potatoes. It arrived medium, which was lucky as our waiter forgot to ask how I like it. It was delicious and I look forward to ordering it again.
The shisha itself is tasty and I would recommend allowing staff to choose a flavour for you, they know what they're doing and I've enjoyed every flavour they've surprised us with so far. The shisha lasts long and comes with a very nice quaker head for the coals, keeping them contained, and us - safe.
Unfortunately the cocktails here are all way too sweet, I've ordered the bramble, mojito, and bamboo and they've all come sickly sweet. My guests have ordered mojito mocktails and they also commented on the sickly sweetness of the drinks.
I really enjoy Ora's balance of an upscale restaurant with the casualness of a shisha venue, if it was overly fancy like say The Banc, we probably wouldn't be visiting several times a week and would make a visit only on special occasions. (If that makes sense)
Music is usually 10/10
Expect them to play genre's according to who's in the building haha
So I've heard everything here from Greek music, afrobeats, house, UK grime, dance hall, pop etc

Amazing venue, second time here. Drinks are gorgeous and the food is lovely and hot on arrival ! Staff are very welcoming and hospitable - will definitely be back. Also a gorgeous date night venue for the couples π

I really enjoyed my experience at Ora lounge. They had good music and good customer service. Iβll 100 percent recommend xx. (Ps the cocktails are nice and strong). Zak was also amazing with ensuring our experience was perfect.

Handsome Burak was a star!! He was so welcoming from start to finish. Zack & Lila were also so lovely!!! They made my friends birthday perfect with a complimentary cheesecake and shots. The cocktails were amazing! I recommend trying Tweety & angry bird! I'll be back for my birthday too in 2 weeks! π
The shisha here is amazing, smooth and bursting with flavour. They even flip the flavour for a fresh taste upon request. Recommend to try black mamba with purple rain if you are into berries and mint
Great service, they literally give us perfect entertainment! Manager is so kind, and the waiter Billy is AMAZING! made the experience 10/10 for sure. Will definitely come back because of him!!
