Loved the food. No frills, great taste, great value
We’ve had takeaway from Mamas twice now, both times have have left us excited to go back! The food it so flavourful and we loved trying eating the Ethiopian way! Mamas is not on any of the takeaway sites so we called up and it was ready to collect in 10mins! Menu is very simple (please correct me
We had a lovely time here. We went in and asked for a selection of food for one veggie and one meat-eater and were served a huge plate with at least six different things that were all vegan and yummy! The meat option was delicious, too. The chef was very friendly and helpful and came out to speak to
My daughter myself and 8year granddaughter attended this restaurant for dinner. We were greeted at the door and although we did not have a reservation we we were seated in a nice comfortable spot. These is a variety of African and west Indian dishes on the menu. The dishes we selected were delicious
So tasty and so affordable, I’m coming back asap! Amazing vibes too ✨✨✨
Very authentic Ethiopian food. Incredibly good value and always seriously delicious. We had the Yetesom Bayeynetu (mixed vegetables with enjera) for two
Love Ethiopian cuisine and the food here was great, really interesting flavours in the veggie options and eating with your fingers is always fun. Great value too and super friendly staff. The restaurant itself is a bit shabby and could do with some love but don't let that put you off, support your l
Mama’s restaurant is an absolute gem in this area. A great family atmosphere accompanies delicious, nutritious and authentic Ethiopian food made with love and care. Very kind and friendly staff with a hospitable atmosphere. And, the music is always sublime! As a regular, I recommend this spot to all
A very cozy and original place to eat at, we were received by a lovely woman that appointed us to our seats and offered us drinks. After some time we asked for some help with choosing our food and she helped us to order our meal. The food was wonderful and tasted like nothing else i’ve ever had, fre
Best Ethiopian restaurant in London - delicious, affordable and authentic. Really friendly owners/staff
Had one of the most delicious meals last night at Mama's! They have a new chef working and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his food. The atmosphere is unpretentious and cosy, and it's the kind of place where you feel like you can really relax. My friend and I left clean plates which was imp
My new ‘local go-to’ takeaway spot. They are prepared for those who are unfamiliar with Ethiopian food like I was- no menu was handed over, our group of four was just asked ‘how many vegans, how many meat?’ We went for two vegan, two meat, and none of us were disappointed after sharing the spoils.
Blown away by the amazing food and friendly service. The food was delicious, we even ended up ordering a whole other round of food. A very affordable spot, can't recommend it highly enough
It's amazing restaurant. Great customer service and testy food. Lot to choose for vegan people. Also very affordable prices with quantity and fresh home made food.
Amazing food, great vegetarian selection. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back!
Lovely neighbourhood restaurant. Food was really nice and fresh. We felt very welcome. Service was absolutely lovely.
Excellent food. Good staff. If you are in this part of town worth eating here.
