Been here a few times, mostly good vibes, nice atmosphere, staff are ok.
There was one time where I ordered something I order a lot (blue magic) and I know what it’s supposed to taste like, but it didn’t taste remotely as good as what’s it’s meant to taste, so I went up to the lady who made the drink, explained it to her and she was kind enough to make another one that them tasted good.
I went around 8:30am and it wasn't busy so I was served quickly. The Oat Matcha Latte was everything! Loved it
The coffee was good (B+), the outlet itself is nice (A-) and the location offers interesting views. The staff was, nevertheless, not the kindest i have encountered (D-).
Overall experience: recommended if you don't need a smile with your coffee or if you are not having a bad day.
We ordered 4 different fresh juices. They were all really good. No added sugars, just fresh juice. The Go Away Doc was very refreshing, especially after walking about the city all day.
Convenient location near bishopsgate. Good choice of smoothies and juice. We tried avo smoothie and cucumber pineapple juice. Both were good and tasty.
One thing I observed and wanted to provide constructive feedback is about cleanliness of sofa’s and tables. After ordering we decided to seat and enjoy our juice. But sofa and tables on the left side of doors once you enter the store were not clean. It is understandable that due to current situation they might be understaffed but please maintain basic cleanliness as your location is really good and you serve good food. Just a constructive feedback, thank you!!
A bit rushed because everybody that goes there works in the area and is in a rush. Sandwich was quite good!
Great options for juice, shakes, and coffee. Also, do food options, however I haven't ordered.
Best Joe & The Juice around! The staff is really good and always consistent with the quality. Sandwiches here always have just the right amount of filling and if you open them up, they look neat which is not always the case with other Joe and the Juice places. The only thing - the coffee is good but unbearably hot.
I love the sandwiches they make but I had mixed experience with their juices and staff. Fortunately the place we went yesterday had an attentive personal, I tried their salad for the first time which was delicious and both juice and shake were well done and not watery. Keep it up;
Lovely space amazing Staff , so much more than your average coffee and juice space so much better.
Great chain of coffee shops that have a wide selection of smoothies. Friendly staff, plentiful seating and chilled atmosphere. There is plenty of space to socialise or to work; i went to study and the electric sockets made sure my laptop remained charged but the music was too loud to the point of being unable to concentrate despite havimg in headphones. Despite that i would stil recommend this as a place to visit for your caffeine fix. lndustrial decor gives an edgey environment and therefore popular with hipsters and trendy crowd.

A great coffee chain with a vast selection of juices & smoothies.
This is my regular coffee stop on my way into the office and for the most part the experience is always smooth. I just order via the app and then collect on my way. The coffee is normally always ready for me if I order about 4 mins away or if it’s not, then I’m waiting at most another minute for the coffee to be ready.
I’d highly recommend downloading the app and joining the loyalty scheme as there’s some great benefits early into joining such as free drinks & sandwiches (although these do seem to drop off pretty fast after you become a regular user).
I must admit, I’ve had slow experiences in the store in the past (which led me to downloading the app and ordering ahead of time). Sometimes it would feel like it would take forever to get our orders taken and then pay. One instance I remember there was myself and someone else and it must have taken us 10+ minutes to get served. Even though there’s a lot of staff behind the counter, it feels like there’s not much actually going on at some points and they’re just taking their time with things. Have even seen a few of them just chatting/on mobile phones whilst there’s customers clearly waiting.
However, all of their products are fantastic and I would highly recommend the Power Shake. Great atmosphere inside the place and would be ideal for anyone looking to get away from the office for 30 minutes to focus on some work.
