An absolute gem in the culinary scene! Master Jay BBQ House serves some of the most authentic Northeastern BBQ I've ever had. But the real showstopper today was a hidden delight - the Coconut Chicken. Not listed on their regular menu, this dish was a revelation. The chicken, cooked to perfection inside a coconut, was tender, succulent, and bursting with flavors that were both exotic and comforting. The infusion of the coconut's sweetness with the savory depth of the chicken made every bite simply divine.
After relishing the chicken, we ventured into some hotpot selections. Using the broth from the Coconut Chicken, we swished slices of fish, beef tripe, pak choi, and lotus root. The experience was reminiscent of heartwarming meals from back home – pure bliss.
And if that wasn't enough, their grilled pork trotters and beef skewers were outstanding, with each bite oozing smokiness and flavor. Heads up to fellow foodies: they've got a special running in October where their beef and lamb skewers are just £1 a piece! I wholeheartedly recommend Master Jay BBQ House to anyone looking for a delectable, authentic meal. Can't wait to be back!

Personally I think the reviews aren’t enough to justify the delicious dishes you all are missing out. I highly recommend to pay a visit to this hidden gem very close to Warren Street station. You won’t be disappointed.
A very nice cosy restaurant. The decor is really nice. But most of all the food, very very yummy. My favourite is BBQ Lamb skewers and Prawns. There are lots of other BBQ options which are available. They also do some nice soup with old chicken. Overall it a must place to visit if you want to try Sichuan style Chinese cuisine.
I love the food in Mater Jay BBQ House sooo much! Very good service and food. Traditional Chinese style, and I would recommend my friends to have a try.
We ordered 5 dishes, and totally spent around 65 pounds, which is super cheap in London!

Authentic Chinese spicy food! They’ve got a variety of food from barbecue to dry hot pot. In October, the promotion is going to be £1 for 1 beef/chicken/pork skewer. What a bargain!

Authentic Chinese BBQ and Sichuan Food
The beef bbq is only £1 in October, which is best value. Zibo pancake with meat is interactive and yummy food. I highly recommend stir fry lotus root. Service is really great as well

Very authentic Northeastern Chinese dishes and BBQ! The food is great, the service is excellent. I been there many times and now it has become our favorite handout spot meeting up with friends.
I really like this coconut chicken!! Especially coconut soup with coconut meat in the bottom, too refreshing ~ suitable for hot summer, and cabbage in the bottom of the pot is also delicious. Those who like barbecuing can try lamb kebabs. Eat them while they are still hot and you will not be disappointed
