Gorgeous little deli that I stopped by while walking through covent garden. I’d heard of Petersham Nursery In Richmond Park so I was keen to try it, and It did not disappoint. Carefully thought of interior and selective menu in the deli was was clearly made with lovely fresh produce. I’m eager to try the restaurant adjacent for a most substantial meal. I just ordered a prosciutto sandwich but it was really nice. Coffee was excellent aswell.

Friendly and attentive staff, lovely interior and delicious food. We’ve now been here a few times and they seem to be consistently good. My highlight of the meal was the mussels which were cooked to perfection in a fresh garlic, chilly and white wine sauce. Just delicious! Love the tapas style portions as it encourages sharing and trying more than one dish. The outside area is lush when it’s sunny. Will be back.

Excellent experience here at Petersham Nurseries in Covent Garden. We were well looked after and the service was impeccable. They also have a sommelier who guided us into ordering two fabulous wines, and told us about the producer and winemaking process of these two particular wines. As a group, we ordered from a shorter set menu which was about £70 per head (not including drinks). Food was excellent, very fresh, and beautifully presented. Cocktails were excellent too (the daiquiri and French 75 were a firm favourite!). After lunch we sat outside in their beautiful leafy and sunlit courtyard at the front.

Very quaint cafe situation right by Covent Garden. Beautifully dressed on the outside and in with lots of botanicals and wine bottles. Take away and sit I. Available although not a huge space inside (good space outside with heaters) large selection of cakes and pastries and hot drinks available. Ate in and ordered a pain au chocolat, Americano and tea (requested decaf tea and they didn’t serve it which was disappointing) drinks wheee served in cardboard takeaway cups which was disappointing would of much preferred proper cups as was sitting in. Pastries where lovely and staff where friendly.

Although most of the food is excellent their cabbage fritto was terrible and just so out of place on the menu. The service is attentive if rather informal. The choice of wine is excellent but it's monumentally expensive. Overall I think there are better places for the money.

Walked past this cafe at Covent Garden, got attracted by its interior, so decided to stop by for a coffee and pastry. The coffee is exactly my type and the price is decent. The pan au Chocolat is also not bad. The interior has its style, with loads of plants and Italian alcohol on the shelf. The down side is the space is tiny and seats are quite close to each other.

One of my favourite places at Covent Garden. The shop by itself is very unique. Loads of plants, candles and beautiful items for home and garden. You can not leave this shop without buying something. Also love to enjoy cup of coffee in their hidden garden.

Attended a Sicilian evening of food and wine tasting & it did not disappoint! Petersham Cellar provided a selection of wines from Sicily to taste with a superb sommelier Tariq who gave excellent guidance on each delicious bottle. A stunning venue located in a gorgeous square in Covent Garden makes you feel like you are abroad. Wonderful staff, wine & food! Highly recommend

Came here with a vendor for a lunch. The vegetarian options were plentiful and everything was really delicious. The staff was super attentive, and the location was really beautiful.

Best alternative coffee in London so far despite being in a touristy/high traffic area. A lovely outdoor seating area that is also protected from the street crowds makes you feel apart of London life but not knocked over by strollers and pets. £3 for a latte that comes in a size between large and medium for a normal takeaway coffee. Much bigger than expected for the location and the price!

Having eaten in the Petersham Nurseries restaurant in Richmond, my expectations of good quality food well presented were high to say the least. And I wasn't disappointed. From the raw scallops through the veal chop to the beautifully presented dessert every thing was tasty and nicely set out on the plate. Yes they use a lot of leaves that must require tweezers to place them on the plate, but it only adds to the visual feast before you. As you would expect from a high end place with prices to match there are lots of staff. Our server was helpful, polite and friendly but many others came to our table. Don't spend too long looking around the restaurant, which is nicely decorated, because someone will think you are wanting help and come to the table to check everything is alright!
