We call this our House Special because it is a family recipe from our grandmother who loved dried beef and cauliflower. The combination of the earthy vegetable and rich meat is like Sunday Roast, Xi'an style, with noodles of course. 🍜 Select your choice of Biang Biang (wide and smooth) or La Tiao Zi (thinner and irregular) homemade noodle.
This dish is very traditional from our province of Shaanxi because of the added nutrition and taste but all because of it's long history. It originates from a cooking technique during the Tang Dynasty reserved for royalty and nobility but used leaves of pagoda trees. Give them a try and pick a tasty topping from our list of options, they taste great with everything.
