This T4 is one of the best bubble tea stores. They are always busy with a long queue, the service is extremely slow however and not very good. There was an issue on their side where the lady didn't catch our purchase for a bag - the young man gave us a really bad look/attitude and I promise I'm the friendliest customer ever. I didn't wanna cause any trouble so I stayed silent, service had always been an issue here.
However, the boba tea was delicious and if not my favourite one - below is the Grass Jelly Oolong Tea.
Decent bubble tea, not much of a variety in flavours of milk and fruit teas. There isn’t much of a variety in toppings either, no popping balls. However the bubble tea tasted alright, it’s not quite memorable.
I had this for the first time yesterday, Might I say a good choice.
We ordered the drinks which seemed like it would take long but the queue melted before me, We then were given a token we went across the way to the H&B to then return and see the code on the HD panel.
Great taste, Generous servings.
Thank you guys.
Very good bubble tea place. Very modern but small, however the staff are efficient and their menus and signs are very clear. They give you many options such as how sweet or cold you want your beverage and they have many options to try from. I tried the passion fruit with honey bubble tea which was amazing and thirst quenching. My wife tried the caramel or latte option I think and it wasn’t too bad!
Unfortunately there are no seats or even waiting in the store but it’s only bubble tea and it’s Westfield so you can easily find somewhere to go to sit or visit…
Ordered my favourite Fresh Taro Milk Tea and I was pleasantly surprised by the very fresh and strong taste of the taro
Not having actual pearls in it was a shame as it could have made it even better and would compliment the drink well, but that was a mistake made on my end. With 30% sugar, it was the right amount of sweetness for me without it being overpowering, nor bland
The menu had a few interesting options, but not so much compared to other places.
If you’re looking for a place that serves your renowned favourites, or is looking to step your foot into the world of milk/fruit tea beverages for the first time, then this is the place, but for uniqueness, I would suggest someplace else. For £4, I think this was worth it. If you want a guarantee of fresh taro milk tea, then this is the place to go.
One of the best bubbles tea. I love Pearl Milk Tea and that my best. Hope everyone enjoy like I do when ever visit Stratford. Staff was really friendly and helpful. T4 store was really clean and tidy.
Highly Recommended
Must try the caramel pearl milk tea! It is £4.2 each, however you can’t decide the sweetness and level of ice of the drink, it is fixed. The caramel add a rich sweet flavour to the milk tea and the pearls are big and chewy! Love it!
OH. MY. GOD. Best place in London for boba tea 🙌🏼 you must try elegant lady rose (tastes like Turkish delight!!!) And if you want a festive drink please try the peppermint 😍😍😍 AMAZING and so refreshing! These drinks are perfect, you could taste every single flavour and they're not too heavy/ strong. My fave place. They also do a loyalty card
Absolutely the best bubble tea in London. Minimum card payment £5. The cream crown here is disappointing however. I recommend the original milk tea.
Bubble tea was amazing, however the ordering system was very fast paced and it was my first time trying bubble tea which made the experience a bit daunting - the drink took a while to make but it was definitely worth it! I had the taro milk tea and I would recommend 100% sugar with it or 50% if you don’t like it too sweet
Gets really busy but the drinks are definitely worth the wait in the queue. I recommend the panda milk tea :)
I've had "bubble" tea from at least 6 different places in London and T4 is by far the best! The quality and flavour of the teas themselves are excellent- not to mention the varied and authentic toppings. The prices are very reasonable and you can customise your ice and sugar levels. They often introduce new flavours but with so many different existing possible combinations you wouldn't be able to try them all for quite some time. They have a loyalty card scheme which is another incentive to return and if the long queues outside this place are anything to go by a lot of people also agree on how amazing the drinks are. I just wish they had a larger premises as the queuing to order and waiting to collect gets really congested and blocks the main walkway.
I usually don't hold chain bubble tea places in high regard but T4 has proved me wrong. Their French pudding milk tea at 30% sugar level, no ice and added boba ticked all the right boxes. Just the perfect sweetness and great milk tea flavour. This will be my default order from now on. Looking forward to the Bristol opening!
For anyone who loves bubble tea or is new to bubble tea this is a great place to go. Quite a small store but seemed adequate for how quickly customers were being served and also has a small seating area.
🤩Absolutely delicious
😍Bubble tea is my favourite drink.
I've tried lots of bubble tea from different places, which is one of the best I've ever had in London.
🤩There was always a long queue; I suggest you order online and pick it up. You can collect stamps to get more awards too.
😑I felt the staff are like robots because they have too much workload.
I love T4 I have been trying separate tea places for sometime now and they have some of the tastiest fruit combinations out there. The staff are always polite and helpful and the shop is always clean. Would definitely recommend.
