This KFC IS not great, it gets you fed but the service is questionable and the toilets are not clean as expected and sometimes it's just the disabled toilet in use. I also really think that KFC as a chain should get rid of the floors, the sound of males when a chair moves is horrific.

Slowest KFC I've ever had the misfortune to visit, regularly takes 30+ minutes to serve 5-6 customers. When you get your order they've usually got it wrong and they add the 'sugar tax' to ALL the drinks including low and no sugar drinks. Cheeky fraudsters.

Badly managed - long queues/waits because not enough staff on tills. Also, they don't seem to like giving you special offers (e.g. receipt discount, Colonel's Club). Or maybe they're just grumpy.
