You cannot fault the cake studio on any level! It's a shame the staff from Park Royal, are not sent out to the stores to train the staff in the branches!
My family and friends have eaten Caffe Concerto cakes and I now have them ordering from this brand as their cakes are delicious, tasty, the sponge melts in your mouth, longs gorgeous and great packaging/designed boxes and bags!

Just sharing my own personal experience with this people here at Caffè Concerto
I've ordered this morning a Selva Nera over the phone and when I got here they had a quite different cake ready for me, a Selva.
The gent. over the counter was very nice, asking me for a few min wait, he went and got it fixes in only about 10 min.
I'd definitely recommend them for friendly costumer approach and going the extra mile. Ok 👍🏼

Absolutely amazing, very refined, quality ingredients. Can taste every ingredient of the cake. Sponge soft, fruit is fresh. I would suggest anyone ordering a cake please go down and order rather than phoning. So there are no mistakes. The lady I ordered the cake by was very helpful and attentive. Gave good advise and clarified the order and explained options of order in ingredients. As soon as you enter the factory you get smell of baking cakes. Keep up the good work. I as a customer just have a small tip for the owners or management if customers could sample a spoonful of different cakes. By doing this we as customers will be able to try other lovely flavours. I will recommend to family and friends for sure. Thank you caffe concerto you made our day!

The cakes are very DELICIOUS and EXQUISITE I must say and I love the fact that the salads are highly rich and beautified by it's ingredients. I have had the pastas, risotto and steaks WHICH for me are TREMENDOUS DELICACIES. For me it's a lovely place to be with no regrets and their foods are like an adventure to Italy. KEEP IT UP GUYS.
I bought a chocolate cake for my mother's birthday last week and it was delicious. I have asked to put a message for her on the top of the cake with a flower and she loved it. Totally recommended.
