An Exemplary Display of Hospitality: From the moment of arrival, I was met with the warmest welcome by Cynthia, whose infectious smile and genuine happiness set the tone for my entire dining experience. I was guided to my table promptly, a seamless start that was indicative of the excellent service to follow.
The exceptional service was perpetuated when I placed my order with Thiago. His enthusiasm was on par with Cynthia's, giving me the assurance that this franchise prides itself on maintaining a high standard of customer service.
The food was not only fresh but was also served piping hot, further elevating the dining experience. Impressively, the entire order was delivered to the table in less than eight minutes, a testament to their efficiency.
With minimal fuss, I was able to have a quick yet satisfying meal, a feat that many other establishments struggle to achieve. This franchise certainly sets a benchmark for others to aspire to, offering invaluable lessons in customer service and operational efficiency.
A minor point to note, however, is that the venue could benefit from a refurbishment. Some of the booths appeared slightly worn out, contrasting with the otherwise top-tier experience. Despite this minor shortcoming, the overall experience was memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and quality of food.

This is my most favourite Nando’s in London! I prefer this Jubilee Place branch rather than Cabot Place one (***There are 2 Nando’s in Canary Wharf Shopping Centre!) Because this restaurant’s floor to ceiling height is very high, I found it is more spacious and breathable than the Cabot Place one.
I like eating in Nando’s because you could expect you could eat well and satisfied. It is a very family friendly restaurant and the price is reasonable, the portion size are relatively big and the choices of food and drinks are very good.
Although it is serving delicious peri peri chicken as same as other branches, it cooks perfectly! The spicy rice and chips tastes amazing. The spiced grains and butternut squash is very tasty, too!
Recently, I am very grateful for they have changed to serve Fanta Zero rather than the original Fanta. (Fanta zero is a sugar free, more healthier option and it is one of my family favourite drink.)
The staff are always very friendly and charming, the service is good. The vibe is very relaxing, too! It is wonderful to eat in here after shopping.
There is a basin in the restaurant where you can wash your hands before and after eating. And there are two sauces counters and two soft drink machines at each side of the restaurant.
However, if you want to go to toilet, you need to use the shopping centre’s own toilet and it is just a few steps next to this Nando’s.

The food was lovely always come to this place as one of the staff there his name is shay is lovely always welcoming with a smile and giving the best customer service. We always come here as it’s a friendly place and the food is good too. Thank you shay for always giving us customers the best customer service possible. We appreciate you.
Great Nando's chicken, as always, the place isn't as big and spacious as others but nothing to complain about. Waiters were friendly but clearly a lot of new people there and inexperienced a bit with the customers. Garlic bread a bit burnt but the sunset burger was just delicious. Had a lovely time!
The service here was really good considering the place was so so busy . The vegan wrap was cooked well! Nando’s is Nando’s really the food was good !
What made it better was the attentiveness from the staff who under much pressure still delivered .

The place is ran amazingly by Thiago the General Manager. Very fun buzzing atmosphere where all the staff are very happy and committed. Customer service is excellent and vibes are good. Prices are affordable and always very clean and hygienic.
I’ve eaten here so many time and honestly I’m a bad person for not leaving a host of positive reviews. This is a great place to eat, the food is always good as is the service. I’d like to make special mention of Andrei the duty manager, an easy person to speak to and from what I saw really on his game. Eat and rest with confidence…
I was instructed by a local to get the chicken, extra spicy, with cheese and pineapple, macho peas and spicy rice. Now if you’re like me this combo mixed with my week constitution for spicy food and the flavors I was very skeptical my dinner was going to be good. I was hooked after the first bite. The wrap was amazing the spice wasn’t bad at all, the cheese and pineapple went perfect with the spicy chicken. The spicy rice was spicier than the wrap but it had a nice smoke flavor that I enjoyed a lot. The macho peas were weird. Not a bad weird just different flavor I had ever had. The mint bits and slight sauce isn’t how I’d expect to eat pease but it works well. I highly recommend this combo at any Nando’s

HALAL finally. When I arrived there was no queue, soon after there were alot of people waiting for some time and they were not too happy. I think they were short staffed. The staff were fantastic. Parking is free on weekend if you spend £10 just remember to validate your card and always check parking rules yourself as can change. The mash I had to change and it was horrible both times.
This branch of Nando’s does not disappoint. I’ve eaten here for lunch, dinner and even collected large group orders for takeout. The staff at this branch are well trained, which makes eating at this Nando’s a great experience. As always, the food tastes great per usual Nando’s standards - highly recommend the Chicken Thighs!

Didn't want to go here but had a really nice time. Staff lovely, atmosphere inviting and they had my favorite food, liver. Can't disappoint. It was great.

This evening I visited Nandos with my son and daughter and was very impressed with the high level of customer service received by each member of staff we encountered. From the lady who toke our order at the till to the young black girl (name beginning with T) who waited on us to the manager Natalie. Natalie was very kind to my children. She treated the kids to a mango ice cream which was a very nice surprise for them. We toke a whole chicken home, unfortunately the bag gave way and our food ended up on the station floor. We walked back to nando and explained what happened to Natalie and without hesitation she prepared a new order for us. First class customer service. This branch has now become our go to place when we craving a cheeky Nandos.

Food was amazing! Very kid friendly and also includes a kids menu. The chicken flavors are one of a kind and service was exceptional. It was a packed house, needless to say, if you in the area, this place is highly recommended.
Ordered a takeaway, so I can't say anything about the atmosphere. The restaurant was pretty empty when I was there, populated mainly by Just Eat drivers picking up orders. Had quite a lengthy wait for my order as a result. The food was just the usual Nandos fare.
