This is my most favourite Nando’s in London! I prefer this Jubilee Place branch rather than Cabot Place one (***There are 2 Nando’s in Canary Wharf Shopping Centre!) Because this restaurant’s floor to ceiling height is very high, I found it is more spacious and breathable than the Cabot Place one.

Great Nando's chicken, as always, the place isn't as big and spacious as others but nothing to complain about. Waiters were friendly but clearly a lot of new people there and inexperienced a bit with the customers. Garlic bread a bit burnt but the sunset burger was just delicious. Had a lovely time!
The service here was really good considering the place was so so busy . The vegan wrap was cooked well! Nando’s is Nando’s really the food was good !
What made it better was the attentiveness from the staff who under much pressure still delivered .

The place is ran amazingly by Thiago the General Manager. Very fun buzzing atmosphere where all the staff are very happy and committed. Customer service is excellent and vibes are good. Prices are affordable and always very clean and hygienic.

I was instructed by a local to get the chicken, extra spicy, with cheese and pineapple, macho peas and spicy rice. HALAL finally. When I arrived there was no queue, soon after there were alot of people waiting for some time and they were not too happy. I think they were short staffed. The staff were fantastic. This branch of Nando’s does not disappoint. I’ve eaten here for lunch, dinner and even collected large group orders for takeout. This evening I visited Nandos with my son and daughter and was very impressed with the high level of customer service received by each member of staff we encountered. From the lady who toke our order at the till to the young black girl (name beginning with T) who waited on us to the manager Natalie.

Food was amazing! Very kid friendly and also includes a kids menu. The chicken flavors are one of a kind and service was exceptional. It was a packed house, needless to say, if you in the area, this place is highly recommended.
Ordered a takeaway, so I can't say anything about the atmosphere. The restaurant was pretty empty when I was there, populated mainly by Just Eat drivers picking up orders. Had quite a lengthy wait for my order as a result. The food was just the usual Nandos fare.
